Features of the celery diet

The main dish of this unloading food system is celery soup. There are two options for its preparation.

In the first case, the following ingredients are used:

  • 200 g of celeriac root
  • green pepper (2 pcs.)
  • a small head of fresh cabbage
  • onion (6 pcs.)
  • tomatoes (6 pcs.)
  • 1,5 liters of tomato juice
  • 400 g struchkovoy fasoly
  • carrots (6 pcs.)

Vegetables are chopped, placed in a saucepan, and then poured with tomato juice. All this is brought to a boil (over high heat), then boiled for 10 minutes, cover the pan with a lid and boil for another 10 minutes (in this case, over low heat).

The second recipe for making celery soup:

  • 1 bunch of celery
  • Bell pepper
  • 3 liters of water
  • onion (6 pcs.)
  • tomatoes (2 pcs.)
  • some fresh cabbage

Vegetables are chopped, placed in a saucepan, poured with water, brought to a boil, and then the soup is boiled over low heat for 15 minutes.

1-й день – celery soup and fresh fruit (everything is possible except bananas).

2-й день – celery soup and fresh vegetables.

3-й день – celery soup, fresh vegetables and potatoes boiled in their skins (for dinner).

4-й день – celery soup, 3 bananas and a liter of low-fat kefir.

5-й день – celery soup, 6 tomatoes, 700 g of boiled lean beef or lean fish.

6-й день – celery soup, 350 g of boiled chicken breast, as well as fresh vegetables.

7-й день – celery soup, 70-100 g of steamed dark rice, fresh vegetables.

Starting from the 8th day, the entire course of the diet is repeated. And one more thing: you can eat celery soup in unlimited quantities. In addition, you need to drink plenty of fluids (at least 2 liters per day), and especially on the 5th and 6th days of the unloading food system.
