Ingredients
Absinthe – 30 ml
Anise liqueur – 15 ml
Maraschino liqueur – 10 ml
Lemon juice (fresh) – 30 ml
Soda – 100 ml
How to make a cocktail
Shake absinthe, anise liqueur, maraschino and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
Pour through a strainer into a highball filled with ice cubes and top up with club soda.
Garnish with lemon zest and a warmed cherry on a skewer.
