Can you cook butter soups?

Reading time – 3 minutes.

Of course. Butter is ideal for cooking soups – fragrant, having a “mushroom consistency”, generously giving broth fat, very oily and nourishing mushrooms. Butter soups are very tasty. Even frozen mushrooms are good for soup – if it is a high-quality freeze, then the mushrooms are of the same size and the mushroom soup will not only be very tasty, but also visually very beautiful.

Doubts about whether it is possible to cook butter soup, especially the cap. It seems that the oily cap absorbs all the forest debris, which is difficult to remove from mushrooms – and it is easier to remove it altogether than to remove grains of sand from it. But in fact, if the boletus was collected carefully and mature, not overgrown mushrooms were taken, then the hat poses no danger to the soup – just process the mushrooms dry.

For soup, do not soak the butter for long. Thoroughly clean and chop immediately after collection, bring it to a boil in salted water – this operation will be enough to carry out the necessary disinfection. Then drain the water and boil the butter in the broth for a delicious mushroom soup.
