Can’t get enough sleep?

What does the life of modern women look like? During the day, an endless whirlwind of affairs, duties, troubles and hobbies. In the evening, it is difficult to fall asleep, for the hundredth time sorting through the events of a busy day or just hanging out in gadgets and enjoying the silence that has come in the house. In the morning it is even harder to scrape yourself out of bed and find somewhere (under the pillow? In a cup of coffee?) The vigor and energy necessary for a vigorous and productive day.

Cant get enough sleep?

Sound familiar? Do you like this state? Most likely not very much. Today we will try to figure out why this is happening and whether it is possible to somehow achieve full sleep – and productive wakefulness!

What’s happening?

Agree, everyone who tried to complain about a bad dream to their mother (or any representative of the older generation) probably heard the answer: “Don’t make it up! We plowed no less than yours, and in the evening we fell off our feet and fell asleep. And no stress-loads interfered with this! ” Has our generation really somehow magically forgot how to sleep?

Not really. We have not changed – the world around us has changed. The modern space is oversaturated with information, events and news. And we ourselves endlessly look at gadgets, leaf through social networks, make plans, plan schedules, discuss tasks, solve issues …

However, the human body does not evolve as quickly. Our brain is still sharpened for certain biorhythms, for the circadian rhythm of the day, for that unhurried (by modern standards) life that tens of previous generations led. This is expressed primarily in the existence of a special sleep hormone – melatonin, which is responsible for the regulation of the circadian rhythm and a good night’s sleep.

The production of melatonin directly depends on the illumination of the world around. During the day, melatonin is produced in low amounts, and at night, when it gets dark around, in high amounts. The maximum concentration of melatonin is observed, as a rule, between midnight and 5 o’clock in the morning and provides the same sound and full night’s sleep.

Have you already figured out what the catch is? Our generation, unlike many previous ones, practically never happens in the dark! The constant presence of gadgets with a luminous screen nearby, the notorious habit of flipping through social networks before going to bed, looking at work mail at night – all this can lead to a decrease in the production of melatonin and, therefore, to sleep problems.

How can the situation be corrected?

For an understandable desire to live every day as fully and productively as possible, we forget about such an important component of life as the culture of sleep. Ideally, you need to build your daily routine in such a way as to leave an hour and a half free before bedtime. At this time, you need to completely remove all gadgets (yes, until the morning), take a leisurely walk in the fresh air, complete household chores in dim light and calmly go to bed, having ventilated the bedroom in front of this …

If sleep disorders require treatment, then synthetic analogs of melatonin can come to the rescue – drugs that contribute to its replenishment in the body. One such drug for the treatment of sleep disorders is, in particular, Welson® – an analogue of endogenous (produced by the human body) melatonin, which is produced from Italian raw materials according to GMP standards.

Wellson® helps to increase the level of melatonin in the body and the regulation of circadian rhythms. It helps to speed up the process of falling asleep, improve the quality of sleep – and, accordingly, establish a productive sleep and wakefulness. It is important to note that according to Welson’s instructions® can be taken both without limiting the duration of admission (in case of sleep disorders), and for 3-5 days to solve certain problems: for example, to restore the sleep-wake rhythm after changing time zones.

Summing up, I would like to remind you once again that the problem of poor sleep should not be ignored or depreciated. Remember, a good night’s rest is a great chance for productive gains during the day. Sleep soundly and wake up with a clear head!
