Ingredients Cabbage Dumplings

White cabbage 600.0 (gram)
water 2.0 (grain glass)
onion 1.0 (piece)
animal fat 1.0 (table spoon)
chicken egg 1.0 (piece)
table salt 1.0 (teaspoon)
breadcrumbs 5.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Stew the cabbage in salted water, drain the water, chop the cabbage finely or mince it, add finely chopped fried onions, egg and crackers. Form the dumplings. Dip the dumplings in boiling salted water and cook until they rise. Remove with a slotted spoon. Serve with chicken or rabbit dishes.
