Bound tea: how to brew? Video

Bound tea is one of the elite varieties and is quite expensive. It represents the top buds and leaves of green or red tea and fragrant flowers, collected and processed using a special technology. From them buds or various figures – hearts, balls, flowers, animals are knitted by hand.

To brew bound tea, you need to follow the basic rules for its preparation. This drink should be prepared in a transparent container (glass teapot, bowl or large glass goblet), as it is intended not only to quench thirst, but also for aesthetic pleasure.

In an ordinary teapot, you will not be able to observe the unusually beautiful process of flower blooming.

Unlike the usual method of brewing, to prepare bound tea, you must first pour hot water (85-90 ° C) into a teapot or bowl and only then place a figurine in it. Otherwise, it will fall apart, and the expected flower blooming effect will not work. For optimal proportion, use one figurine of bound tea per glass of water.

Before pouring water into the kettle, pour boiling water over it. After placing the figurine in the water, it is imperative to cover the dishes with a lid so that the tea sinks to the bottom. The bound tea is brewed for 2-5 minutes. The infusion time and water temperature are determined by the type of composition base. If it is green tea, it is brewed with water at 75 ° C for three minutes. If the base of the figurine is black tea, the infusion time is increased to five minutes, and the water temperature to 80 ° C.

Watch the beautiful brewing process: the figurine unfolds slowly, straightening each leaf. Drink slowly to enjoy the delicate aroma and great taste. After the tea is poured into the cups, add water to the teapot. Some types of this beverage can be re-brewed 3-4 times without loss of quality. Each time, the infusion time should be increased by 3-4 minutes.
