There are few customer reviews, but of those that we managed to find, it is clear that one of the shortcomings of the simulator is such a drawback as it is not comfortable enough to stand on the simulator. Of the advantages – that the simulator takes up little space, has an unusual design and is easy to use.

Specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without prior notice. Before buying, we advise you to clarify the information with the manager.

Now we will tell you a little how to use the simulator and give one of the exercises as an example.

The starting position is standing on the simulator. One leg is on the stand, and the other rests against the roller with the outside. The roller is located above the knee joint:

  • take a breath and take your leg to the side, moving the roller up, as high as possible and slowly return to its original position;
  • at the end of the movement, exhale. If you feel that abduction is limited, then the femoral neck rests against the edge of the acetabulum.

This exercise is great for building the gluteus medius and the deeper gluteus minimus. The gluteus medius and gluteus maximus muscles provide the leg lift to the side. For best results, we advise you to do this exercise more often and with multiple repetitions.

Application of the exercise – swinging the leg to the side is recommended for everyone, from beginner to master. It should be performed closer to the middle of leg workout. Before swinging your leg to the side, lunges with dumbbells and swing your leg back on the floor. After swinging the leg to the side – bending the legs while lying down and reducing the legs while sitting. It is recommended to perform exercises on the Body Solid GCMH-390 simulator for 3 sets of 20-30 repetitions.

On this simulator, swings can be done not only to the sides, but also forward and backward.
