Man is a social being. However, this does not mean at all that he should spend all his time among hordes of friends, acquaintances and other people. This applies to both introverts and extroverts. There are benefits to spending time alone with yourself and benefiting from it. Being on the run during the day, the brain is in constant tension. Attention is focused on many things, cases, as well as people who need advice, help or advice. You are focused on getting things done as quickly as possible and in a way that everyone is happy with. But is there time to stop and listen to yourself? Breaks during the day, in silence and without haste, will allow you to put your thoughts in order, come into balance. Balance is what allows us to move forward harmoniously. Don’t neglect to shut yourself in for a few minutes in the middle of the day and do a couple of breathing exercises. Thinking about nothing. Make it a rule to spend time in the company of yourself every day, you will see how this will help you in organizing your time. This practice allows you to look at things happening in life from the other side and understand what’s what. Often we allow ourselves to go with the flow of life, not really thinking about how to change what does not suit us. Perhaps we simply do not have enough time or energy for this. In the meantime, this is only your life and only you are able to control what bothers you or even drains you. Finally, one of the main reasons why we need to be alone with ourselves is to learn to be alone. Nowadays, one of the most common fears is the fear of loneliness, which leads to excessive (poor-quality) communication, devaluing its significance.
There is a misconception in our society that if a person goes to the cinema or a cafe alone, it means that he is boring or has no friends. It is not right. At such moments, we learn to be independent and understand that solitude is one of the small pleasures in life. Enjoy your company! Take a break.
