Ingredients: bunch of young green asparagus, salt, olive oil
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Wash the asparagus, cut off the rough ends from each stem (3-4 centimeters). Dry with a paper towel. Line a baking sheet with foil, sprinkle with olive oil and spread the asparagus in one layer. Season with salt and bake for 15–20 minutes. Make sure that it does not burn, but cooks to a light golden crust, as in the photo. It can be eaten as a side dish or as a hot snack. I usually just “gnaw” asparagus when I want something salty.
