Some devices in your kitchen spoil the appearance of the room and only take up space. Get rid of these things and notice how it will breathe easier.
Bottles, containers and jars
Every time after eating fermented milk products, sauces, we do not throw away plastic and glass bottles, jars, containers in the hope that they may be useful to us. Imperceptibly, a whole niche of unused empty containers forms in the kitchen, which litters the space. Periodically, you should thin out the ranks of the can collection and give it away for processing or to those in need.
Culinary magazines
It used to be fashionable to keep your own cookbook or collect cooking magazines with tips and recipes. Today, all information can be found on the Internet, and there is no need to store a pile of waste paper. You can exchange literature for collectors for something useful or just give it away.
Plans for
Every self-respecting housewife has a bag of tea bags in the kitchen. Such savings are very justified, however, sometimes they accumulate a huge amount, and not all of them are stacked neatly in the closet. The solution is to use ecological paper bags or fabric bags, and the collected bags are better for recycling.
Towels
There is no way without towels in the kitchen. However, often a neat, pretty towel turns into a greasy, all-purpose wipe-off rag. It spoils the appearance of the kitchen, and if there are several such helpers in the kitchen, it is not at all aesthetically pleasing. The freshness and cleanliness of the towels must be monitored, and if they are not washed, it is better to get rid of the rags.
Damaged dishes
Dishes with chips and cracks – like a memory or just the impossibility of buying a replacement now – spoils the mood and appearance of the kitchen. In folk art there is a sign that you cannot drink and eat from damaged dishes. All dishes that have outlived their usefulness – pots, pans, cups, plates – should be disposed of and at least an inexpensive replacement should be purchased.
Preservation
Many housewives continue to make preparations in the summer. But if a family is able to provide themselves with grocery stores throughout the year, most canned foods remain intact. But countless banks, in the absence of a pantry, take up a lot of space in the kitchen. If you have an excess of preservation, treat them to relatives or come up with new recipes using it. If the bank is suspicious to you and it was closed several years ago, it is better to get rid of the contents without regret.
Collectible tableware and souvenirs
A huge number of mugs brought from memorable travels, souvenirs with names or dates – all this is pleasant until just a huge niche is formed, which outwardly resembles a warehouse of unnecessary things. And it’s hard to get rid of them – after all, the memory of places and people. Throwing away such dishes is not necessary, but it is still worth taking out some of them to the dacha. And remember that souvenirs can also be used – things should serve us, not we should serve them. The same goes for fridge magnets – photos in an album store much more memory than dust collectors on equipment.
