Madrid Fusión is one of the gastronomic events most demanded by professionals and lovers of gastronomy.

From today, January 22 to 24, this new edition of the gastronomic contest will take place at the Municipal Palace of Congresses in Madrid.

In this year’s edition, with sixteen already held, we are looking to the future with a slogan that looks to youth as a true value of maintaining the prestige of our kitchen.

For its staging, a hundred prestigious chefs and cooks have been summoned to the event in their different disciplines.

In this year’s edition, 5 cities are presented, which will offer a very interesting amalgamation of culinary cultures in the figures of Berlin, Lisbon, Tel Aviv, Tokyo and Saint Petersburg and Japan that comes as a guest country.

The change of ownership of the gastronomic contest does not present many variations in terms of its content, that if, the innovation and creativity of its participants, is presumed intact.
