100 g ground almonds

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
2. Gently heat the chickpeas with the sugar and a pinch of vanilla powder.
3. Mix away from the heat, add the butter in pieces, let it melt and incorporate the egg yolks and the almond powder.
4. Beat the egg whites and add them delicately.
5. Put in a mold lined with parchment paper (diameter 22 cm) or in small silicone molds.
6. Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven at 170 ° C, prick with a blade that should come out dry.

Replace the almond with coconut, greedy and economical, and add a chocolate topping and coconut powder on top.
