A series of classes called P90X Live and Insanity Live. The creators of the famous programs, Shaun T and Tony Horton do not participate in these trainings, however, this did not impact on the quality of the following programs. Today we will talk about 7 different HIIT-workouts for the whole body and specific problem areas. You can add the submitted program into your existing fitness plan or alternate them to achieve great results in a short time. All classes are only for the prepared student. But in terms of complexity, the programs will be more accessible than, for example, the classic Insanity workout.

An intense workout from Beachbody on Demand
In all programs it shows lightweight version of the exercises, so you can follow a simple modification with fatigue, or the entire class.
1. Insanity Live: Core Agility
Core Agility – interval cardio training with emphasis on core muscles. First you will have a very active workout that makes you sweat even the most experienced student. Then the program goes to block intense aerobic exercises with the inclusion of the whole body. And in conclusion offers functional exercises for development of muscular system, mainly in the position of the classic and the side straps (no twisting).

2. Live Insanity: Plyo Agility
But if you want to effectively work on reducing the volume of the lower body, try plyometric exercise Plyo Agility. The program is primarily designed for high speed of execution. 3. P90X Live: Lower Body Cardio
As you can tell by the title, Lower Body Cardio is a program with emphasis on lower body. You will start the workout with a short warmup and finish with a relaxing interruption. The main part of the lesson is divided into two halves: cardio sets and strength part for the thighs and buttocks. In the first half included aerobic and plyometric exercise to burn fat in the lower body. In the second half you will exercise with dumbbells to tone your legs and buttocks. This approach will help you a comprehensive approach to improve the lower body.
Exercises that entered the Lower Body Cardio: plyometric jumps, squats, modification of lunges, leg lifts to the side.

4. Live P90X: Core Cardio
Core Cardio program is similar in structure to Lower Body Cardio. In the first half you will exercise to burn fat throughout the body, mostly plyometric in nature. In the second half you will do the exercises on the Mat to bark at a leisurely pace. Trainers suggest alternating exercises back and in the position of the strap. The program helps to immediately “kill two birds with one stone”: burn fat and strengthen the muscle corset.
Exercises that were included in Core Cardio: jumping jacks, burpees, jumping with 180°, classic plank, boat, twisting.

5. Live P90X: Upper Body Cardio
Another similar exercise as the two above but with emphasis on upper body: arms and shoulders. In the first half you are waiting for fat burning aerobic exercises that raise your heart rate. In the second half you will carry out rapidly alternating exercises with dumbbells for the deltoids to the triceps and biceps. In this program, not so many variations of exercises, most of them are repeated in a circle. Weight dumbbells pick at its capabilities, given the fact that all the exercises are for the arms and shoulders.
In the Upper Body Cardio complex includes the following exercises: burpees, jumping to the side, skater, bench press Arnold press dumbbell from behind the head for triceps, the abstraction of arms to shoulders, lifting of the dumbbells on a biceps.

6. Insanity Live: Speed Strength
Speed Strength is an intense aerobic-power training where you will exercise for weight loss and muscle tone. This complex is very “hot” exercises that will make you well to sweat. In the first half you will maintain a high pace, performing pleometrosis and aerobic movements. In the second half the coaches have prepared for you a variety of push-UPS and exercises in the strap. The program is very difficult but you can follow the easy modifications to reduce the intensity.
Speed Strength is represented by the following exercises: jumping in different variations, walking plank, burpee, jumping hanging the air, straps, spider with push-UPS, push-UPS with modifications.

7. Insanity Live: Core Strength
This program is less intensive load, than presented above. Core Strength is the focus on power concentrated work on core muscles. Cardio exercises are there are also your heart rate will be elevated throughout the class, but the program does not involve high speeds. Most of the exercises aimed at development of the core muscles, but also you will feel the upper and lower parts of the body.
In Core Strength you will meet with the following exercises: push-UPS pose downward dog, lifts hands in plank, pushups, jumping a bar, lifts the knees to the body, exercises for the press of the “C-position”.
