The supermarket is a huge temptation. Sometimes, we take off the shelves products that pose a health hazard. Here are 7 foods that should not be put into the cart, even if they seem quite harmless.
Green salad packaging
The most dangerous food in the supermarket – Packed chopped leafy vegetables and herbs. It may be bacteria in the packaging, and without access to air, it rapidly multiplies. Bread

Light mayonnaise contains starch and sugar to keep the consistency and taste of the product instead of fat. Therefore, the energy value of this mayonnaise is still great.
Ground spices
Ground spices themselves lose much of their flavor, aroma, and use. Besides, they are easy to dilute the cheaper blends or substitutes. Much cheaper and healthier to buy spices in the beans and grind them yourself.
Bottled green tea
Under the guise of green tea in the bottle contains a drink that has nothing to do with it. Green tea is the source of antioxidants and vitamins, and bottled tea contains no nutrients. This is common water with sugar and dyes and flavor enhancers that mimic the taste of the tea.
Products with fruit additives
