16 most beautiful actresses of Yekaterinburg: photos, details

On International Theater Day, Woman`s Day will tell how the brightest artists of the city take care of their appearance and how their day begins before the performance.

Maria Vinenkova, actress of the Musical Comedy Theater:

When I decided to become an actress… Although I spent most of my childhood dancing, singing and stage, for some reason I dreamed of becoming a doctor. But I performed a lot and went to school, city, regional and all-Russian music competitions, so after school the question of where to enter was not even raised.

My mom is a music teacher and preschool teacher, my dad is engaged in construction, and sings and plays the guitar beautifully. They supported my aspiration to become an actress.

Why I love my profession… It makes it possible to live a thousand lives.

Favorite role… My favorite role is the one I will be playing tonight. But the most successful and titled one, which brought the most awards, is Catherine the Great.

The role I want to play… I do not want to guess … I hope that life will be able to present something more than I can imagine. I don’t want to steal from myself.

Morning before the show… If today I have to play a character role, then during the day there should be as much humor as possible. If the mood is initially not upbeat, then I delight myself with delicious food, beautiful outfits and communication with nice people. And, of course, children are my main source of joy.

And if the role is serious, for example, as in the play “The Decembrists”, I try to concentrate and spend the day so as not to “splash” the necessary emotions. I accumulate and give them access to the stage. But I am of the opinion that you need to live any role well at all times, regardless of your mood.

Personal care… If time allows you to climb the stairs, and not the elevator, I will choose the first. If possible, I go on foot, rather than driving. If I hear music playing, I dance. My oldest child is dancing, so we often dance together.

I try to go to the gym at least once a week. More often I can’t because of the busy schedule. But I do gymnastics with my youngest child. For me he is a weight, and for him mom is a merry-go-round. Everyone has fun!

I don’t pay incredible attention to facials. Minimum makeup in everyday life – there is enough makeup on stage. I try to eat right, without denying pleasure, I drink at least two liters of water a day. I am convinced that wrinkles can be beautiful if you enjoy life and do not envy anyone!

Eleonora Moiseenko, actress of the Variety Theater

When I decided to become an actress… Even as a child, I decided to become a singer – I always sang loudly (laughs). I don’t have a theatrical family, but a singing family: my aunt was an artist, and my dad sang in a military choir. I remember how in my school years I visited our Opera House at the Rigoletto, and decided that I wanted to sing in the theater. I drove past the conservatory and said: “I will study here.” And so it happened – she graduated from the academic vocal course at the Ural Conservatory.

Why I love my profession… For an amazing feeling when you go on stage and give a piece of yourself. I know it’s a stamp, but it’s just like that. I try to give the viewer what I have managed to accumulate in my entire life. Sometimes the audience says that throughout the entire performance goosebumps ran through the body.

Favorite role… All my performed roles are loved from the very beginning. Those that I do not like, I will not undertake to perform. But I try to work with characters, and if I want to do something my own way, I tell the director. We have a free atmosphere in the theater, so I can refuse a role that “does not suit me”.

The role I want to play… Very soon we will have a premiere with the Red Violin group – “Rock & Opera”. Together with them we will make one of my dreams come true: as soon as I came to the theater, I immediately said that I wanted to sing with a rock group.

Morning before the show… I start the day with a cup of May with milk. If I have a hearty supper, then I can only manage with them. And if I ate little in the evening, then I eat something hearty for breakfast.

And I tune in to concerts with the help of rehearsals, chanting and the desire to perform.

Personal care… The artist should have everything in harmony: not only a beautiful voice and acting skills, but also a beautiful dress. I watch myself carefully because I respect the viewer. We do not use complex makeup for performances. My experience allows myself to put on stage makeup or prepare myself for a photo shoot. Therefore, I don’t think that makeup spoils the skin – it is spoiled by anger and negative emotions. Therefore, my main self-care is a good mood, good deeds and a state of happiness. I treat cosmetic care without fanaticism. But I prefer high quality creams.

I follow my figure, weigh myself in the morning and in the evening. Diets are stressful. And I love delicious food, good restaurants, so I just keep the balance – I follow what my body wants. Over the years, I’ve developed a habit of eating right, so it’s natural for me. But if the arrow on the scales starts to creep up, I immediately begin to limit myself!

I don’t do fitness. I tried it – I didn’t like it, but I don’t like to force myself to do what is not interesting. But opera singing is energy-consuming in itself: it is necessary to breathe correctly and hold support in it.

Larisa Lyushina, ballerina of the Opera and Ballet Theater

When I decided to become an actress… First of all, I am a ballerina. Still, ballet is a “silent” art form, so acting talent must also be present.

I never dreamed of ballet. Once my grandmother told her parents: “We must send Larisa to the ballet.” And after eight years of studying at the Novosibirsk Choreographic School, I firmly decided to become a ballerina. I think this is a certain status. To achieve it, you need to go through the corps de ballet, and luminary parts, and solo. And only then you become a ballerina.

I came to the Opera House at the right time – the troupe was being reorganized: the young were given the opportunity to show themselves. At first I danced in the corps de ballet, and I think that it develops endurance and brings up. But already in May 2016 I performed my first leading role.

Why I love my profession… At work, I can immerse myself in a fairy tale. And if this is a dramatic role, then through the body – to throw out negative emotions.

Favorite role… There are my favorites at this stage: Juliet in the ballet “Romeo and Juliet” choreography by Vyacheslav Samodurov, Giselle in the ballet “Giselle”, “Swan Lake” and “La Bayadere” as Nikiya.

The role I want to play… I really want to dance the part of Kitri in the ballet Don Quixote – this has been my dream since childhood. In our theater “Don Quixote” was performed, but then I still could not dance this part. And when she “matured” to her, the performance was removed.

Morning before the show… My day starts with getting up at 7 am and sometimes at 6.30. I do exercises (small crossfit) for 12-13 minutes, I drink vitamins.

Breakfast is my main meal, in the morning I try to consume the most calories. If I don’t do this, then I begin to “intercept” something in the theater buffet, and there we have rolls and cutlets. To prevent this from happening, I spend 40 minutes making breakfast. Then I take a contrast shower, walk with the dog for about 10 minutes. And then I’m going to work.

Personal care… I can’t say that the complex makeup deteriorates the skin very much. Now, thank God, our cosmetics are not made from coal! (Laughs /) There are many remedies that can help prevent early skin aging.

I take a hot salt bath at least twice a week. Recently I included a visit to the sauna before the weekend. Of course, we also have a big workload in the theater: at 10 am there is a general class, then rehearsals until 14.00 pm. And in the evening hours until 20.00 or 21.00 – evening training. But I am very critical of myself, always dissatisfied with the physical form. Therefore, after an evening workout, I additionally go to the gym: I do hourly cardio and power loads. This strengthened my back and made my legs stronger – it became easier to jump.

Actually, in this rhythm I keep myself in shape. I do not forget about food – since June I have not gone to the borders of BJU (daily intake of proteins, fats and carbohydrates). I try not to eat more than 1200 calories a day and make sure that there is more protein than carbohydrates and fats.

Ekaterina Sokolova, actress of the Drama Theater

When I decided to become an actress… It was in the 9th grade. I’ve always loved going to the theater. Later I caught fire to try to play myself. Enrolled in a teenage theater group and studied there for two graduation classes. When I told my parents that I wanted to become an actress, they replied: “Yeah, of course, an actress.” They did not want to let me go, but I still entered the theater institute in Yekaterinburg the first time.

Immediately after graduation, 10 of my classmates and I were invited to the drama theater. For 10 years (4 at the institute and 6 at the theater) we have become very close. In the team, I am surrounded by native people!

Why I love my profession… Because I can live many lives in one of my own. Well, it’s also fun! You can fool around for days on end.

Favorite role… At the moment, my favorite role is a Chechen girl in the play “The War That Didn’t Happen”. I read the diary from the perspective of a little girl, in whose eyes the Chechen war is developing. In the course of the performance, the girl grows up. I still can’t get away from the impression after it.

The role I want to play… I am very greedy for work, so I am open to absolutely all suggestions, even images that are not typical for me. But I adore the playwright Chekhov, I would like to play everything, everything, everything with him.

Morning before the show… Preparing for the play “The War That Was Not”, we worked 24 hours a day. And I loved it. When you wake up and nothing is waiting for you, your mood immediately deteriorates.

Personal care… Sport is one of the most important components of my life. I feel bad without him. Therefore, there is always room in my routine for strength training, stretching and yoga. 4-5 times a week I go to the gym. I love to swim in the evenings after performances.

Until 12 I allow myself to eat everything. But then I prefer fruits and vegetables. When you work hard, sometimes you forget to eat. But I try not to miss lunch and dinner. Another main rule of slimness is to drink plenty of water. And in between meals, you can have the right snacks for your meals. I try not to eat everything that is harmful – sweet, starchy foods, fast food. And for three years now I have not eaten meat – I feel better that way.

Alexandra Protasova, actress of the Theater of the Young Spectator

When I decided to become an actress… I went to school with an aesthetic bias. From 1st to 9th grade, we had an emphasis on choreography. But after the 9th, many classmates left school, and those who wanted to continue dancing, there were six people left. This turned out to be too little, and we were connected with a group of artists. We started profiling at the theater. It was a pleasure for me, so in the 11th grade I decided that I wanted to enter the theater. Mom approved my choice, advised our institute. And I have never regretted it. After graduation in 2014, I was immediately enrolled in the troupe of the Youth Theater.

Why I love my profession… You get to know yourself through craft. Most of our repertoire is children’s performances, and you can’t fool children. They dive into action and either believe you or not. We also have adult performances. I love this variety of roles and the opportunity to feel both an adult and a child.

Favorite role… I love the role of Sandy in Bento Bonchev’s Class. The history of the performance is also interesting. After the first season of my work in the theater, we had a “laboratory”: directors came, they recruited actors, and in six days we had to achieve results. I ended up with Ilya Rotenberg, who directed Bonchev. We performed very well. After that, the play was left in the repertoire, and Rotenberg became the chief director.

The role I want to play. I want to play both Juliet and Anna Karenina. With the last heroine, many signs arose in my life. At the institute, I looked at Anna Karenina, but did not read it completely. When the Keira Knightley adaptation came out, I didn’t like it. But after that a Karelian theater came to us with the same performance, after which I ran to re-watch the film – and I liked it! I just fell in love with this story. I began to look at the recordings of the performances of the great theaters. And I am so glad that now the E. Vakhtangov Theater is coming to Yekaterinburg with Anna Karenina! I already bought tickets. And, of course, I read the book a long time ago. I think that this role is ahead of me.

Morning before the show. If I have a play at 11 o’clock in the morning, then I wake up at 7. I have breakfast and go to work by 9. I like to prepare for a role in the morning, while there is no one else, and it is dark everywhere. I go out to the center of the dark stage, turning on the music in the headphones, I begin to warm up plastically and do my speech warm-up. And only then I go to paint and “on a wig” – they make a base for a wig for us.

Personal care… The basis of my care is coconut oil, brought from Goa, I smear it like a cream at night. And I don’t follow the figure – I feel comfortable, and this is the main thing.

Anna Dushina, actress of the Variety Theater

When I decided to become an actress… I do not consider myself an actress, I am a singer. When I was four years old, a music worker in a kindergarten advised my parents to let me sing. Even then, I had perfect hearing. But the teachers said that they did not work with small children, they asked to come later. At the age of 9 I went to a music school, but my teacher said that my instrument is not a piano, but a voice. And I got into a children’s musical group in “Surprise”. I was a solo performer in it, I went to all-Russian and international competitions. Later she became a teacher, leader, created a group for young children.

During my work in the team, I have been to the Variety Theater more than once. Then I could not think that I would work here. Three years ago I passed the casting for the trainee group of the theater, graduated from the training, and they took me!

Why I love my profession… For what I can give to the audience. Therefore, I like to sing songs with wishes and kind words.

Favorite role… In my repertoire there are lyrical, and fiery, and funny, kind images. Ever since childhood, I can move the listener to tears with my song. But most of all I like positive images.

The role I want to play… I would like not only to sing, but also to develop as an actress. I have been working in the theater for only two years, and with each performance I feel how it comes.

Morning before the show… I like to dance in the morning. I turn on my favorite song and start to move erratically, giving freedom to my body. This replaces my charging. And if I woke up in a bad mood, then I can throw out the negative like that. People often ask why I am so energetic. The answer is simple – charged up in the morning in dance and music!

Personal care… Proper nutrition, of course. You need to eat more greenery, especially in the spring. I take containers with salads from seasonal vegetables with me to the theater – I love bright and tasty food! Therefore, I do not limit myself in vegetables and fruits. And for the face every two or three days I make a face mask from honey.

From physical activity – every day I go for a walk before going to bed for at least 20-30 minutes. Sometimes I leave work and walk home. Sleep becomes strong and healthy, and in the morning you are rested and vigorous.

Elena Kuznetsova, ballerina of the Opera and Ballet Theater

When I decided to become an actress… My dad is an artist, my mom is a choreographer. I grew up in an atmosphere of creative pursuit. At the age of three, my parents asked me who I want to be – like a mom or like a dad? I replied that I want to be a ballerina. Then my classes began, and I almost immediately began performing on stage. From 3 to 8 years old, I studied with my mother. Then she began to study at the Nutcracker ballet theater. And at the age of 10 she entered the Perm Choreographic School, and graduated with honors.

After college, she worked for 4 years in Chelyabinsk. From there they called me to our Opera House. Since I had already taken place as a ballerina, I was immediately offered leading roles. There were about 18 performances in my repertoire! Mom comes to my performances and observes – marks the good moments or those where I fell short. She is my main critic.

Why I love my profession… Since childhood, I have been narrowly focused, so I did not consider other options. Ballet is my life.

Favorite role… Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, Kitri in Don Quixote, Sylphide in the ballet La Sylphide – these are all immortal classics.

The role I want to play… I danced everything I dreamed of. I would like to work in a modern production. Now our theater is changing: modern choreography prevails in it. This is interesting to me, despite the fact that I am a classical ballerina and adore tutus, pointe shoes …

Morning before the show… It is always different from others. You are looking forward to something special. It is imperative that after breakfast on the day I have a performance, I go to class, where I warm up well. I try to spend the rest of the day in an “even” mood without vivid emotions. Then in the evening on stage I feel the happiest.

Personal care… Daily workouts, rehearsals, and lessons help keep yourself in shape. When you take care of your body every day, it itself comes in tone.

And I follow the face with special attention, because care after 30 years should be of high quality and systematic. There is no time for home masks, because I have a small child. Therefore, I go to the salon, where I do cleansing, peeling and moisturizing, nourishing masks. It’s enough to make you look good.

Olga Tolshina, actress of the Drama Theater

When I decided to become an actress. They took an acting teacher to our music school. And the first lesson she did with us was improvisation. I remember how I was standing with a shoe in my hands, and in my head there were so many ideas how to use it for other purposes: this is a kitten, a telephone, a car, and a child … I was happy – at last my imagination was put to use!

Why I love my profession… For the process.

Favorite role… Elisabeth Rousset, aka Pyshka, based on the story of the same name by Guy de Maupassant. This role kept me in good shape: the performance is musical, so it was necessary to sing and dance well, while not forgetting about the inner action.

And, of course, I love the role of Mary Poppins – this is my first role – for the emotions that you experience during the performance. In the finale, I walk through the auditorium as if flying away. Children are always very emotional about this moment. They stretch their hands, wave, shout: “Mary! Don’t fly away “,” Mary, will you come to our school? ” And one day, when I stopped on the steps to finish singing the verse of the final song, a huge crowd of children jumped from their seats and rushed to me. They hugged me so tightly, and there were so many of them that I was seriously scared that I would fall on them. Then the ticket collector came to the rescue – “dragged” them away.

The role I want to play… It is important who puts. I would like to play Anna Karenina in the production of Pyotr Naumovich Fomenko, but this will not happen. Miss Julie – by Yuri Butusov, Blanche Dubois – by Pankov, Maria from West Side Story – directed by Feodori, Katerina Lvovna from Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk – directed by Kama Mironovich, Roxy Hart – but only with Rob Marshal! And this is just part of the list. I’m young, so I’m sure I have everything ahead.

Now, communicating with my Moscow friends-actors, I understand that in our theater there is more opportunity to be realized than in the capital. They all say one thing: “It is very difficult to break through.” There rarely anyone gets two main roles in a season.

Morning before the show… My day starts at 6 am. I also work on the radio, host the morning show. From 7 to 10 I have airtime, then I ride a bike to rehearse at the theater by 11 o’clock. If there is a performance in the evening, then I am at the theater for the whole day.

Personal care. I drink a glass of water every morning. This is usually my whole breakfast. In general, nothing makes a woman beautiful like love. I am always in love!

Natalia Tsygankova, actress “Kolyada Theater”

When I decided to become an actress… I entered the theater institute in Yekaterinburg, not knowing what difficulties lie ahead. But there was a desire to overcome these difficulties. I was happy with every little success, but I was in anticipation of the future.

I love my theater for the atmosphere in it, for the people who work. Responsive, funny, kind everyone: from actors to editors. We are a big family.

Why I love my profession… The advantage is that you can be anyone in any century. Trying different characters on yourself, studying people.

Morning before the show… My day begins with a morning rehearsal and music in the player.

Personal care… I take care of myself simply: I do standard human morning and evening procedures. And it’s a sin not to keep yourself in shape – we have very active productions, so everything works out by itself.

Vasilisa Borok, actress of the Chamber Theater, Theater of the Young Spectator

When I decided to become an actress… The fact is that I was born into a theatrical family: my mother is an honored actress; father – an honored actor, director, laureate of the “Golden Mask” award. Both have served the theater all their lives, so I never had any doubts about choosing a profession. Although, I will not be cunning, the parents hoped to the last that their daughter would receive a “normal education”, become a surgeon, save lives … But, thank God, this did not happen!

Even at school, I took part in holding creative evenings, events, performances, concerts; I went to vocal competitions. And I even wrote essays on social studies with enthusiasm just because I needed to speak to the public!

After studying at the theater institute, having lived and worked in the capital, I ended up in the Yekaterinburg Theater of Young Spectators and the Chamber Theater, which is incredibly happy!

Why I love my profession… It seems to me that the artist becomes the one who has something to say to people. One who clearly knows and understands why he enters this stage. The artist has a unique opportunity to get catharsis if his thought has reached its goal! And, of course, people who become artists are by nature vain. It seems to me that in our profession this is not a sin, it is a necessary component of it, but it should be in moderation. Otherwise, star fever begins, which has nothing to do with the profession.

Favorite role… As a beginner, I have not so many roles yet, but I have a favorite – Vasilisa the Wise. And there is a new one – Fairy Godmother in Cinderella – I love her, but there is still a lot of work to be done on it!

The role I want to play… What do you want to play? Chekhov! Ostrovsky! Shakespeare! Vampilova! It would be great!

Morning before performance. The day starts with coffee. Recently, I can’t imagine my morning without him at all.

Personal care… Whenever possible, I use sulfate-free shampoos and organic cosmetics for hair and skin care. As for make-up and makeup, of course, this deteriorates and ages the skin faster. Therefore, you need to cleanse your face in the morning, apply cream, oil or a base under the make-up, so that there is at least some kind of barrier between the skin and cosmetics. And, of course, wash it off correctly – not with water and soap, but with special means. And after that, be sure to apply the cream. It is not difficult, it just sometimes seems that time is short and you can quickly wash yourself with soap. But this “quickly” later – wow, how it will backfire in the future! I’m lazy – I don’t go to the gym, although I should, but I try to eat right and limit myself to sweets!

Khristina Makarova, actress of the Variety Theater

When I decided to become an actress… I, like many little girls, dreamed of singing. I remember that at the age of five I recorded myself on a cassette tape recorder and then, listening, I drew conclusions that it turned out badly, where the words are inaudible. I recorded it again and listened again. She was very strict with herself, as, incidentally, at the present time.

I sang everywhere: at home in front of neighbors, at a party, at school on holidays, wherever possible and impossible. I was simply unstoppable! But the thought that I would become an artist was unrealistic for me at that time. It became real when I graduated from school and realized what I wanted to do in life. I dreamed of such a job, and the dream came true! In moments of fatigue or apathy, I remind myself of this.

Why I love my profession… I have always believed that a sense of freedom is very important for the harmonious development of an artist. And the theater gives me this in full measure, and this is where I see the advantage of my profession: there are no rigid frameworks, but there is a moment of self-expression. You start to think from a different angle and understand yourself better.

Favorite role. Ice show “From Paris with love”. And the song in French Padam, which I sing, is still the closest to my heart and my favorite.

The role I want to play… I dream of my solo concert, where I will perform my songs and hits of the world stage! He will definitely be there, you’ll see!

Morning before the show… On the day of the performance, there are many other things to do, because the concert is in the evening, and you still have to live until the evening! I try to get enough sleep, go to bed early the day before and during the day, if possible, not be nervous. By the middle of the day I tune in to a concert stand, repeat the words, go to the stage, rehearse, and then I bring beauty.

Personal care… Of course, due to the abundance of decorative cosmetics, the skin gets tired. I bring her to life with massages, sometimes I do masks, cleanses and always wash my face with cold water. Vitamins are my true friends. And I always follow the food: no fast food or alcohol. I still won’t become healthier and younger, but I still have the opportunity to preserve what is given by nature.

Ekaterina Kuropatko, actress of the Musical Comedy Theater

When I decided to become an actress… As long as I can remember, I always sing and dance! My life from an early age was a preparation for a theatrical career, but I did not immediately understand it. From the age of 6, my parents sent me to singing and choreography, from the age of 9 – to a music school. By the age of 17, I became a laureate of regional and all-Russian competitions in choreography, and a laureate of the award of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region in vocal. It was in this year that YSTI announced a recruitment for the Department of Musical Theater. The recruitment took place once every 5 years! I realized that this was fate. Of course, I entered, my dreams of singing and dancing came true.

In the second year YSTI got her first role of Irka Kartashova in the play “www.silicone fool NET”. This is how my career in the theater of musical comedy began.

I love my theater for its wonderful roles, gorgeous plot performances and the brightest costumes. They allow me to open up from different sides. I also have the opportunity to work with guest directors: Dmitry Belov, Alexey Frandetti, Nina Chusova; with composers: Maxim Dunaevsky, Evgeny Zagot, Alexander Pantykin; with choreographers: Sergei Smirnov, Irina Kashuba, Gali Abayulov, Alexandrova Larisa.

Favorite role… There are many favorite roles: “Scarlet Sails” (Assol), “Fiddler on the Roof” (Gold), “Cat” (cats), “Decembrists” (Sophie), “Funny Guys” (Elena), “Bernarda Alba” (Martirio) … I love these performances very much: they are bright, dramatic and comedic.

The role I want to play. Probably, like all girls, I would like to be a princess, so I dream of playing Cinderella. Maybe someday there will be such a production in our theater. It would also be interesting to play the role of Cleopatra.

For which I love my profession. We go on tour to different cities, get to know other theaters, get to know the audience, share impressions and exchange experiences.

Morning before the show… My day begins with rehearsals at the theater or with a morning children’s play. It is a great pleasure and joy for me to bring emotions to children. So I am charged with positive for the whole day.

Personal care… I keep myself in shape at the gym. I eat whatever I want, and I come to sports when I want to be thinner than I am. I love going to massage and swimming pool – there comes complete relaxation.

Vasilina Makovtseva, actress of “Kolyada-theater”

When I decided to become an actress… I became interested in theater in high school. She took part in school performances and in the recreation center. Once we were rehearsing the fairy tale “Buratino”, I played Basilio the cat. And suddenly I caught a high from the fact that I was fooling around, and the audience liked it. After that, I thought about entering a theater institute.

I love my “Kolyada Theater” for the fact that it is not like other theaters, both creatively and organizationally. Nikolai Vladimirovich gathers around him talented people with whom it is interesting to communicate not only at work, but also in life.

Why I love my profession… The acting profession helps to understand and study the most basic human need – how to communicate and interact with people and the world around them. The ability to communicate depends on what and how will happen in our life.

Favorite role. Blanche Dubois from the play “A Streetcar Named Desire”.

Morning before the show… I drink a cup of strong coffee and go to rehearsal.

Personal care… Today, the theater mainly uses decorative cosmetics. And classical theatrical make-up is rarely used, so the skin does not suffer much. But it is, of course, important to monitor her condition. I regularly use the facial skin care system.

Olga Medvedeva, actress of the Theater of the Young Spectator

When I decided to become an actress… My parents are artists: my mother is an Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, my father was also an artist. My sister and I spent all our childhood behind the scenes. They even played children’s roles, for which they received money. When I was 8 years old, my sister and I and other children of the actors decided to be involved in the play “Bitter” by Zoshchenko. We had to burst onto the stage in a crowd during the feast, make a pogrom, grab food from the table. Against this background, the main characters figured out their relationship. I wanted to impress the viewer so much that I overdid it a little: the main character, stepping back, stumbled over me and almost fell. Then I got it! Mom was ashamed.

Why I love my profession… When I play different roles, I begin to understand and love people more. As Stanislavsky said: “When playing evil, look for where he is good.” I try to justify negative characters, to look for the motives of their actions.

And in our theater, all the actors are very friendly with each other: we do not miss each other’s premieres, we go to tea together, to the cinema or to the theaters.

Favorite role… Valentina Chirkina in “The girls went to war” staged by Lifanov.

The role I want to play… Ann Bolein. From childhood, she was attracted by the history of Great Britain, and Anna – one of the wives of Henry XVIII – is a complex image. She influenced the fate of the country, but paid for it with her head.

Morning before the show… The day starts with an early rise at 6.30. Every day I go to yoga, after which I have breakfast and go to work. I begin to prepare for the evening performance in three hours. I turn on the main musical theme and repeat the text to it, tune in. And when we get our hair done, we run the whole text with the girls. Before going on stage, we hold hands and tune in to each other.

Personal care… In addition to daily yoga, I go to the gym 2-3 times a week. I am engaged in acrobatics on a pole.

I follow the diet. It is based on cottage cheese, bananas, cheese and other light foods. After 20.00 pm I try not to eat. During the day I drink 1,5-2 liters of water. I ruled out fast food, but I still can’t do it with sweets – I love chocolate and cake with cream. But I try to feast on them only in the first half of the day, and then train well to speed up digestion.

A cosmetologist prescribes facial care for me. Now I use a French brand. And due to the fact that I have problem skin, I am not stingy and I myself buy good cosmetics for performances (foundation, concealer, powder and blush). What is given in the theater does not always fit.

Olga Popova, ballerina of the Opera and Ballet Theater

When I decided to become an actress… She began dancing at the age of four, at nine she entered the studio at the Opera and Ballet Theater of the city of Chelyabinsk. You cannot describe the feelings that overwhelmed a ten-year-old child who performed on stage with leading ballerinas!

Why I love my profession… No matter how hard it was, I never wanted to change my profession. It is always pleasant to do something that is close to your heart. The profession of a ballerina allows you to always stay in great shape.

Favorite role… I like to dance parties with character (in ballet – a characteristic dance).

Morning before the show… The day starts with classics (warm-up in ballet). In general, a ballet dancer spends most of his time in the theater at rehearsals and performances.

Personal care. After performances, a large amount of varnish deteriorates the hair. Therefore, I use high-quality shampoos and balms. I love the bathhouse very much, I try to go every week with my daughter. There we steam ourselves with a broom, use scrubs and masks.

When I decided to become an actress… My path to the profession was long. As far back as I can remember, I have always danced. My mother is a choreographer, I wanted to follow in her footsteps, but fate decreed otherwise. I ended up at the Sverdlovsk School of Culture and Arts at the department of choral conducting. But the acting skills were not studied by me, and I decided to enter the EGTI. At first it was difficult to understand the specifics, and the sketches were difficult, but when work began on the performances, all the puzzles formed in my head and soul.

In 2009 I joined the Sverdlovsk Academic Drama Theater. Dressing room, the smell of the stage, the make-up shop, the corridors, the auditorium, the retinues – everything is native, mine.

Why I love my profession… For the opportunity to try on different images, delve into another reality, time, hear yourself, read a lot, watch the performances of great directors, admire, cry and laugh. And after a grueling search for an image, torment, doubts, getting applause and flowers, seeing the happy faces of the audience – this is the most important thing in the profession for me!

Favorite role… It is rather my revelation – the solo performance “I’m not afraid that I love” based on the poems of Bella Akhmadulina.

The role I want to play… All I want is play or play. In The Master and Margarita – Margarita, in Zoyka’s Apartment – Zoya Pelts, in Pyshka – Elizabeth Rousse, in Savage – Margot, in Truffaldino – Smeraldin. I want to play Shakespeare, Chekhov, Ostrovsky.

Morning before the show… The morning begins with an endless stream of thoughts: scrolling through mise-en-scenes, nuances, text. I’m playing something out loud. It probably looks especially ridiculous when I’m on the tram and muttering to myself, while making grimaces and singing songs. Well, if this is a premiere, that’s it … Sleepless night, excitement, which is sometimes impossible to cope with!

Personal care… There are complex make-ups when the skin simply does not breathe. Be sure to do face masks after them. I also eat a healthy diet and go to workouts.
