- Double fill method. Ready and washed fruits put in a jar and pour boiling water. Soak for half an hour, then pour the contents into a saucepan. Add sugar while stirring and boil. Pour hot compote into glass containers, roll up.
- It is not always possible to calculate the amount of sugar, sometimes the drink turns out to be sour, and sometimes too sweet. There is a way out: dilute with boiled water at room temperature. This secret can be used both before twisting the can, and after opening it before use.

To prepare you will need:
- zucchini – 2 pcs.;
- granulated sugar – 2,5 glass;
- table vinegar – ½ tsp;
- clean water – 3 l;
- cloves – 2-3 pcs.
Wash vegetables. Carefully remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Transfer the cut into a saucepan and cover with water. Add sugar while stirring and bring to a boil. Add spice and pour in vinegar. With apples

- medium zucchini – 1 pc.;
- apples of sweet varieties – 500 g;
- sugar – 0,5 glass;
- water – 3 l;
- mint leaves and lemon balm – to taste.
Cut the zucchini lengthwise, remove the seeds with a spoon, cut as usual. In the meantime, thoroughly rinse the apples, peel and remove the core. Cut into slices.
Put the prepared ingredients in a saucepan, pour water and boil. Add sugar, fragrant leaves and cook for a quarter of an hour. Pour hot syrup into jars. Roll up and wrap with a shawl. Store the roll in a cool place.

- peppermint – 1 glass;
- sugar sand – 1 glass;
- water – 3 l.

- refined sugar – 1,5 cups;

For a more aesthetic appearance, it is advisable to cut the zucchini into round slices, imitating the resemblance to a pineapple.
You need:
- zucchini – 2 pc.;
- pineapple juice – 1,5 l;
- sugar – 5 st. l .;
- citric acid – ¼ tsp;
- water – 1,5 l.
Wash the zucchini and cut into rings 1–1,5 cm wide. Armed with a glass, make a hole in the middle of the rings, thereby removing the core. Fill a saucepan with water, add vegetables and bring to a boil. Remove from heat after 5 minutes. Disinfect banks. Transfer hot zucchini to a container with a slotted spoon, add lemon essence, pour in concentrated juice and add sugar. Tighten the jars and leave to cool according to the standard scheme.
