They adapted to cook various salads in this device for the winter, and zucchini caviar in a Panasonic multicooker turns out to be especially tasty. The process of cooking zucchini caviar in a Panasonic multicooker is so simple that it only requires the ability to chop vegetables.
Components for caviar, you can take those to which you are accustomed. It is better if they are cut into small pieces. At the same time, the oil content will be minimal, since the vegetables are actually stewed in their own juice. It is probably not necessary to mention the benefits of such dishes, everyone knows about it.
This recipe allows you to use the capabilities of the device to obtain dietary products at 100%. It does not contain tomato ingredients, bell peppers, onions and can be safely recommended for diseases of the liver, gallbladder and pancreas. A somewhat fresh taste is diluted with the addition of peppercorns, bay leaves and herbs.
Zucchini caviar for those who are on a diet
For 1 kg of zucchini you will need:
- grated carrots – 400 g;
- parsley and dill – a small bunch;
- vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt to taste;
- bay leaf – 3 pcs.;
- peppercorns – 5 pcs.
Oil in this recipe is not added at the beginning, but at the end of cooking. Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. They are placed together with grated carrots and spices in a multicooker bowl and cooked in the “Stew” mode for about an hour. Ready caviar is strained in a colander, mashed with a blender.
The dish can be served on the table, poured with vegetable oil and sprinkled with chopped herbs. It will keep in the refrigerator for 2 days.
For winter harvesting, mashed caviar with the addition of oil will have to be heated in a slow cooker in the “Baking” mode for about 10 minutes and immediately rolled up in sterile jars with the same lids. We will add greens already when serving.
For those who do not need a diet, caviar may include more ingredients. This will make it much tastier.
Classic squash caviar
A large number of components will make the taste of this dish rich and rich. Dried dill will give it a twist, and olive oil will bring health benefits.
For 2 zucchini you will need:
- onions, carrots, sweet peppers 1 pc.;
- tomatoes – 2 pcs .;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- dried dill – half a teaspoon;
- olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoon.
Salt and pepper to taste.
If they were stored for a long time and lost their elasticity, it is better to add 50 ml of water to the multicooker bowl.
We cut vegetables into cubes, only carrots into strips. Tomatoes need to be peeled and chopped.
We put the cooked vegetables in the bowl of the multicooker, add the oil to the bottom first. Salt, pepper if necessary, add dill, put chopped garlic on top. We cook in the pilaf mode for about 2 hours. We turn the finished mixture into puree with a blender and warm it up in the “Baking” mode for about 10 minutes. We lay out in sterile jars and roll up.
Caviar with tomato paste
In this recipe, tomatoes are replaced by tomato paste. The taste of such an additive changes. The cooking mode is different from the previous recipe. Such caviar will not be better or worse, it will be different.
For 2 fairly large zucchini you need:
- 2 bulbs;
- 3 carrots;
- 4 clove of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste;
- 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add salt and ground pepper to taste.
Wash vegetables, remove seeds from zucchini, clean. Three carrots on a grater, cut the rest into cubes. Pour oil into the bowl of the multicooker, lay out the vegetables, add salt, pepper. Cooking in the “Baking” mode for 30 minutes. Mix well and continue cooking in the “Extinguishing” mode. This will take another 1 hour. 20 minutes before it ends, thick tomato paste and chopped garlic should be added to the vegetable mixture.
We turn the resulting caviar into puree and heat for another 10 minutes in the “Extinguishing” mode. The finished product is packaged in sterile dishes and rolled up hermetically with sterile lids.
A slow cooker is a device that allows you to cook not only a variety of dishes, but also a lot of canned food for the winter, and the beneficial properties of vegetables in it will be preserved to the maximum. This is very important in winter, when the body is deficient in vitamins.
