The history of the Zombie cocktail

Legend has it that the cocktail was created by Don de Beachcamber to bring a hangover client to his senses.

The next day, the offended customer returned to the bar and said that the cocktail literally turned him into a zombie for the whole day.

The smooth and soft fruity taste of the cocktail drowns out the taste of alcohol, which is contained in a cocktail in large quantities.

After such an effect, restaurants began to limit the sale of a cocktail – no more than two in one hand.

The author of the cocktail was a fairly well-known rum smuggler.

Naturally, he was the best versed in the various varieties of this drink, and when Beachcumber opened his restaurant, he came up with a lot of cocktails containing rum.
