Zaragoza debate on Gastronomy and Health

There are many fields that surround gastronomy, from the food production, nutrition, culinary customs, etc, and as part of our daily habits, they cause pleasures and diseases at the same time.

All these inputs, which embrace the nutritional activity, will be treated within the program of presentations of the V Gastronomic Reflection Forum which is celebrated in Zaragoza next November 10th.
