Calf pain: atherosclerosis
When your calves start to ache during physical activity (also not too strenuous), and this ailment is accompanied by pale skin, swelling or difficult healing of wounds on the legs, one of the reasons may be developing atherosclerosis.
It is a disease that develops over many years, resulting from the deposition of lipids on the walls of blood vessels. As a result of atherosclerosis, blood flow is restricted, which in turn leads to hypoxia in vital organs in the human body, including the heart and brain.
Numbness, tingling and pain: diabetes
If your legs hurt and you experience frequent tingling or numbness, it may be a symptom of developing diabetes. As a result of constantly elevated blood glucose levels, blood vessels and nerves may be damaged. We are then dealing with diabetic neuropathy.

Swelling of the legs: diseases of the heart, liver or kidneys
Swollen legs can have many different causes, the least serious of which are simply injuries or water retention due to hormonal changes in women during their menstrual cycle or pregnancy. Another reason may be standing work or heat (legs swell when it is hot).
Unfortunately, swelling can also result from serious diseases such as thrombosis, heart, kidney and liver diseases (including one of the symptoms of cirrhosis).

It is primarily a change in skin color, loss of hair on the legs or slow nail growth. Another symptom, which may indicate blocked veins, may be pain in one or both legs and cold feet (regardless of the ambient temperature).
