During the day, we experience periods of ups and downs. The drastic decrease in activity and sleepiness, which usually overwhelms us in the afternoon, is completely normal, but at such times the body needs a radical remedy to fight sleep and maintain energy. Therefore, I want to intercept something very, very satisfying and not the most healthy.

- 250 ml of strawberry-banana drinking yogurt – 135 kcal;
- half of a sandwich with tuna salad (grain bread, light mayonnaise) – 140 kcal;
- 20 g of dark chocolate – 110 kcal.
