You are on a diet? Do it with your head!

Every woman and more and more often men want to be beautiful, slender, with well-sculpted silhouettes. We live in a world dominated by the cult of beauty and the obsession with weight loss. When choosing a diet, we should analyze its impact on our health, unfortunately, we are often so driven for quick effects that we do not think rationally. A quick miracle diet and each of us is supposed to look like a model. We don’t think about the consequences of doing so. Our health and condition loses on this, the diet does not cause the loss of kilograms and their excess, we become nervous or lethargic, we suffer from various dangerous ailments. Here’s what we can expect when we decide on a quick and ill-considered diet.

According to nutritionists, rational weight loss is from half a kilogram to a week. If we accelerate this process, we expose ourselves to a decrease in the immunity of our body, anemia and the yo-yo effect. Instead of losing weight and losing weight, our body, exhausted by unhealthy eating habits, stores fat for energy and starts burning muscles. After all, that’s not what we meant. No miracle diet will slim us down without our help. Exercise, be active and gradually change your eating habits. If we are not able to compose our new diet ourselves, let’s go to a dietitian who, when establishing our slimming plan, will take into account the capabilities of our body, our health and lifestyle. It is impossible to lose weight quickly without bringing our body to the brink of the abyss. There are a lot of diseases and disorders, and we lead to them at our own request. A poor diet can lead to: general weakness of the body, anemia, problems with concentration, nervousness and excessive irritability.

A diet poor in nutrients and vitamins leads to a reduction in our attractiveness: hair begins to fall out, visible imperfections and blemishes appear on the skin, it loses its elasticity and glow. The decrease in immunity leads to frequent colds, fatigue, we do not feel like doing anything, we are bored and depressed. A good diet would give us energy to continue working on ourselves. Disturbances in our eating habits not only have a negative impact on our well-being, but can lead to really dangerous consequences in the form of heart rhythm disturbances, kidney and liver malfunction. Poor nutrition makes the intestines lazy and does not allow them to work properly, which leads to constipation, bloating or other ailments of the digestive system. Again, too fast and violent diet very often means hormonal disorders ending with cycle dysregulation and stopping menstruation. We also weaken our skeletal system, which can accelerate the process of osteoporosis. Sometimes we ourselves provoke dangerous situations for our health and even life. When we lose weight, we induce vomiting, we starve ourselves to achieve the goal faster. This is the shortest way to anorexia or bulimia.

Also, the use of slimming preparations, which are currently available on the market, can be harmful. They should be used as an aid in our slimming process and not as a remedy for all evil. Each of these preparations has a different effect. Some, acting laxative, do not allow optimal absorption of vitamins, have a bad effect on intestinal peristalsis, which leads to constipation. Others, by accelerating metabolism, raise the level of pressure and have a bad effect on our heart. A monotonous diet based on only one product is also not good for us. When choosing products for our diet list, let’s try to enrich our meal repertoire, let’s include exercise in this plan and let’s lose weight wisely. You really have to wait for the results.
