Yayla yoghurt soup

Yayla soup belongs to Turkish cuisine. As you know, soups are served here regardless of the meal time. This soup is served hot and will help you, even in cold weather, feel the atmosphere of summer and sun.

Ingredients:

  • Luk – 1 No.
  • Homemade yogurt – 500 gr.
  • Rice (parboiled) – 100 gr.
  • Egg – 1 pcs.
  • Dried mint – 4 tsp.
  • Butter – 40 gr.
  • Vegetable oil – 40 ml.
  • Water – 1,5 liters
  • Salt – to taste

Melt the oils in a small saucepan, throw in the finely chopped onion and fry until transparent. We put the mint, after a couple of minutes we fall asleep well washed rice, fry, stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes. Pour boiling water, salt, cook rice over low heat. Whisk the yogurt with a raw egg.

After the rice has been cooked, pour two ladles of broth into yogurt. Pour the resulting mixture back into the soup. It remains to wait until the soup boils, turn it off and let it brew for 20 minutes. Serve Hot!

 

Yogurt salad “Good morning”

Ingredients:

 
  • Sesame seed – 1 tablespoon
  • Carrots (sweet) – 0,5 pcs.
  • Dried prunes – 5 pcs.
  • Grapefruit – 5 slices
  • Homemade yogurt – 100 ml.

Soak the prunes for 3 hours. Peel and break the grapefruit wedges into pieces. Grate washed carrots on a coarse grater. Lay out the ingredients in layers. Sprinkle with yogurt and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • Chocolate – 100 gr.
  • Peeled tangerine – 5 pcs.
  • Sugar – 300 gr.

Scroll the peeled tangerines through a meat grinder. Beat the egg. Add kefir, butter, sugar to the egg and mix. Pour tangerines, baking powder and flour into the resulting mixture. Stir and transfer the dough into a mold, which is oiled.

 

We put in the oven for 40 minutes, with a temperature of 220 degrees. Cut the finished cake lengthwise into three parts and sandwich with yogurt. Then we prepare the icing (melt the chocolate with butter). Pour icing on the cake and set in the cold for 6 hours. The cake is ready!

Chicken liver pancakes with yoghurt sauce

Ingredients:

  • Natural yogurt – 100 gr.
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Ground coriander – 1 tbsp.
  • Semolina – 100 gr.
  • Luk – 1 No.
  • Cossack mustard – 2 tsp
  • Chicken liver – 400 gr.
  • Salt – to taste

Chop the onion in a blender, add the liver and chop it again. Add salt, egg, spices and scroll again with a blender. Pour the resulting mass into a bowl and add semolina, leave for 40 minutes. Then we fry, pouring with a spoon into the pan. The sauce is prepared by stirring yoghurt with mustard. Serve with a side dish.

Bread with yoghurt

No matter how surprised you are, yogurt is even included in bread. Indian. Hindus often use this bread as a spoon. “Naan” – this is the name of the bread – is baked in the form of cakes. Try it yourself, combining additives and spices, to get a unique aroma of freshly baked bread.

Ingredients:

  • Dry yeast – 30 gr.
  • Sugar – 100 gr.
  • Egg – 1 pcs.
  • Homemade yogurt – 130 ml.
  • Flour – 4 Glass
  • Fresh cilantro – 1 bunch
  • Milk (to stimulate yeast) – 4 tbsp l.
  • Milk (in dough) – 130 ml.
  • Baking dough – 7 gr.
  • Salt – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 80 ml

Put sugar and dry yeast in a bowl with warmed milk and leave until a fluffy cap is formed. Beat the egg a little, then add yogurt, two tablespoons. oils and yogurt. Add salt and baking powder to the flour. Now the main thing: there are three mixtures.

Pour the sifted flour in a mountain onto the countertop, make a depression in the middle, pour milk with yeast there, knead the dough and add the last mixture. Put the dough in a saucepan, cover with a towel on top and put in a warm place for 2 hours.

We roll balls of dough, then make a cake with our hand and, pulling in different directions, we get a cake – an oval. Preheat the oven to 260 degrees and put the cakes for 10 minutes. The bread should brown a little (do not overdo it, otherwise it will be very tough).

Dessert with yoghurt

Dessert “Tri Tastes” is not only able to bring variety to your menu, but also become an adornment of any festive table. Even the most well-fed person cannot resist the appearance of the dish. Well, if a child gets to the dish, then you will not get rid of one portion.

Ingredients:

  • Natural yogurt – 400 gr.
  • Chocolate (not white) – 1 bar
  • Corn starch – 2 tablespoons
  • Berry compote – 80 ml.
  • Raspberry puree – 100 gr.
  • Sugar – 120 gr.
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Gelatin (better instant) – 30 gr.
  • Yolk – 2 pc.
  • Milk – 500 ml.

Beat the yogurt with vanilla and sugar with a mixer. Gelatin, filled with boiling water (50 ml), after dissolving, add to yogurt. At the same time, we continue to beat. Pour into containers and refrigerate. Beat milk and yolks. Combine salt, starch, sugar and add to the milk mixture. Put the resulting mass on a small fire and heat, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and put chocolate in pieces, beat with a mixer. Cool and place in containers with yogurt. We put it back in the refrigerator. Wipe raspberries using a sieve. Add sugar to the grated puree. And pour the cake with water and bring to a boil. In this broth, after straining, dissolve the remaining gelatin. Combine with mashed potatoes and pour in the third layer into containers.
