Effective yoga exercises for the face

Open your mouth as wide as you can, stick your tongue forward and roll your eyes. Maintain this position for one minute.

With your head thrown back, roll your lips into a tube and stretch them up. Stay in this position for at least 10 seconds. For best effect, do about 6 times.

Raise your eyebrows and run your fingertips over your forehead, pretend you are smoothing out wrinkles. The exercise must be repeated 25 times.

Take in more air and puff out your cheeks. Roll a ball of air in your mouth, moving it between your cheeks and lips.

Perform circular motions at least 6 times.

Smile broadly and place two index fingers at the outer corners of your eyes, gently pull the skin in opposite directions, and close your eyes firmly. Alternate tension and relaxation of the muscles, do the exercise 20 times.

Stretch your neck strongly forward, and place two fingers on your lips. Imagine you want to blow a kiss and pull your lips forward. The fingers, meanwhile, should make pressing movements, do about 20 repetitions.
