Yoga complex for awakening and rejuvenation for 5 minutes a day

A yoga specialist shared with Wday readers unique asanas to start your day with.

1. As you extend, lift as you exhale, relaxing your lower back in the extreme range.

2. Remaining in a prone position, straighten out at the hips, shoulders, and back. Do the exercise in interval mode: 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.

3. In the downward dog position, stretch your spine and relax your stomach. Strive upward with your sacrum.

4. While lying on your back, alternately bend your hips, knees, watch the extension of the spine and neck. Keep your shoulders on the floor.

5. Open your arms, press your palms firmly to the floor. Bend your knees and put them on one side, then on the other side, turn your head in the opposite direction.

6. Staying on your back, lift your legs up. Maintain a traction in the spine and keep your shoulders and pelvis flat on the floor.

7. Rest your feet on the floor and with your hands push your hips away from you, creating a stretch in the lower back.

8. Complete the set by relaxing on your back. Breathe slowly.
