Growing yellow bush chrysanthemum

These varieties must be grown according to the general guidelines for chrysanthemums. Here are the main factors for good growth and flowering:

  • Lighting. They love open, bright areas. They are beneficially affected by exposure to direct sunlight. The exception is the first days after planting, when the seedlings need to be shaded;
  • The soil. It should be slightly acidic, loose, well ventilated. It is useful to add humus or compost to it;
  • Watering. It should be regular. As soon as the soil dries up, it needs to be moistened. The root system is located close to the surface, so drying out of the soil should not be allowed.

Don’t flood the flower. Watering should be done in moderation, otherwise the roots may rot and the plant may die. Plant new bushes on a cloudy or rainy day. In hot weather, plant only early in the morning or late in the evening.
