Classic recipe. It tastes like kvass, but making it is much easier.

Composition:

  • stale bread (crackers) – 300 grams;
  • water – 0,5 liters;
  • pressed yeast – 150 grams.

Preparation

1. Pour warm boiled water over bread, leave for 6-8 hours.

2. Heat the mixture on the stove to 70°C, then strain through a sieve or cheesecloth, cool to 25-28°C.

3. Add yeast and infuse in a dark, warm place for 6-8 hours with the lid open.

4. Refrigerate before use.

Baby yeast drink

The original recipe, according to which yeast drinks were prepared in the USSR for kindergarten students. The older generation still remembers their taste.

Ingredients per serving:

  • warm boiled water – 100 ml;
  • bakery pressed yeast – 10 grams;
  • sugar – 10 grams.

Preparation

1. Grind sugar with yeast in a glass.

2. Add warm water (25-29 °C), mix well.

3. Put for 45-60 minutes in a dark warm place. You need to make sure that the drink does not ferment. If the fermentation is very active (intense hiss and a lot of foam appears), you should proceed to the next stage after 20-30 minutes.

4. Cool and let the child drink.

Yeast drink with honey and lemon

According to doctors, the drink strengthens the immune system, helps with overwork, stimulates the nervous system and increases efficiency. In addition, it turns out very tasty.

Ingredients:

  • strong black (green) tea – 1 cup;
  • honey – 1 tablespoon;
  • bakery pressed yeast – 50 grams;
  • lemon – 1 half.

Preparation

1. Pour yeast into a cup, pour hot (70-80°C) tea. The yeast will die immediately. So it is necessary, in this recipe they should not roam.

2. Add honey and mix well.

3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.

4. Take for 7-10 days once a day 30-40 minutes before meals.
