You will need: – 3 egg whites; – 0,5 cups of powdered sugar.
Beat the egg whites with a mixer or whisk until frothy. Add the icing sugar gradually while whisking. You should get a dense, glossy white mass that holds its shape well.
Bake the cake and refrigerate slightly. Cover the garment with a thick layer of beaten egg whites. The surface can be smoothed out or sharp peaks can be created on it with a knife. Place the baked goods in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and cook until the whites are light brown. Remove pie from oven, chill and serve.
