Our ancestors used completely different fermentation initiators in baking, calling them sourdough. Today’s yeast, produced using chemical technology, can cause great harm to the body. However, such fears are unfounded. The fact is that with the correct baking mode, the temperature even in the very center of the crumb of bread reaches at least 90 ° C, and absolutely all yeast dies.

Accordingly, they cannot cause any harm to the human body.

To be completely sure that you are purchasing good and harmless bread, buy it only from reliable, trusted suppliers or bake it yourself. After all, homemade bread, as a rule, tastes much better than purchased one!

Judge for yourself whether such bread can be considered healthy!

In addition, yeast bread is a fairly high-calorie product, so excessive consumption of it can lead to overweight and digestive problems. That is why it is not recommended to introduce it in large portions into the diet of young children and people prone to obesity.
