Yana Dobrovolskaya from Tyumen will represent Russia at the Miss World contest

Yana grew up in Tyumen, from an early age, the future Miss Russia was engaged in ballroom dancing, and very successfully. In 2015, a girl as part of the Tyumen region national dance sports team became the European champion, having received silver in the competition.

“I never thought about beauty contests, because my life was completely and completely occupied with sports. Constant traveling, training took up all my free time. But one summer I had the opportunity to relax, and I took part in a small competition, which I won, and here I woke up with a passion for sports and interest. I decided to take part in the most important competition in our country, ”Yana said during an online conference tass.ru.

However, Yana’s path to victory was not easy. According to the strict requirements of “Miss Russia”, the growth of the participants had to be at least 173 centimeters. Dobrovolskaya lacked only 5 millimeters! The girl did not back down and decided to grow up in the literal sense of the word.

“Yana did not reach this level of half a centimeter,” Anna Voronova, regional representative of the Miss Russia contest, told Woman’s Day. – But if she has set a goal for herself, she will not be deviated from the path. She hung on the horizontal bar for a long time, introduced carrots and cottage cheese into the diet and achieved her goal! The body is still young, the growth period has not ended, and Yana was able to stretch out at once by 1,5 centimeters. Now her height is 174 centimeters. “

By the way, with this growth, the girl’s figure parameters are envy: 85-62-88.

Having won the Miss Russia 2016 title, Yana received the most expensive crown in the history of the competition. The cost of a product made of white gold and diamonds with pearls is about $ 1 million.

The girl was also awarded a cash prize of 3 million rubles and a car. But most importantly, Yana got the opportunity to represent our country at the Miss World contest.

From her hometown, Yana had to move to Moscow. Now her life is subordinated to endless preparation for the upcoming event.

“I do not relate to the modeling business in any way, I have never been involved in this. But ballroom dancing is a sport, thanks to which a girl learns to do makeup, her hair, becomes feminine, gains the skill of working in front of the camera, because all major competitions are broadcast. Dancing has shaped my character, taught me to communicate with different people and help me feel at ease. Naturally, at the stage of the talent competition, I will perform a dance, and it will be meaningful, ”Yana said at a press conference.

As it turned out, Yana does not have a role model in the sense that the girl does not strive to be like some famous model or star. The only person Yana looks up to is her father, she always dreamed of being as beautiful as him inside.

Dobrovolskaya is not afraid of future rivals with whom she will have to fight for the title of “Miss World” and believes that Russian women in such circumstances have the main trump card – the beauty of the soul.

“The hardest thing in the Miss Russia competition was to cope with myself, and not with other girls, although they were incredibly beautiful. If you focus on yourself, try to make yourself better than yesterday, then this can really lead to victory. It’s hard for me to talk about competitors for Miss World. Venezuelan and Latin American women are always very effective, but this does not mean that they are well prepared. There are many stages in the competition, for which you need to thoroughly prepare; I think my advantage is that I am ready for them all. Russian girls are famous for their kindness and tenderness. Under any circumstances, even the most difficult, they can be soft, but at the same time tough and worthy to show their country, gathering all their strength into a fist, ”says Yana.

The girl will stay in Washington for less than a month, nevertheless, she will go there with as many as six suitcases of clothes and shoes. The dress for the talent competition, in which Yana will dance, is ready, as well as the outfit for the finale. It was made for Yana by Russian designer Igor Chapurin.

“The dress will be sky blue, it is my favorite, we chose it together with Igor, taking into account my hair and eye color. The fabric is simply magical, lightweight. The dress is lush, but not simple, but of a very complex cut, while it fits perfectly and is insanely comfortable, which surprised me a lot. From the adornments – rhinestones, but in moderation. “

Yana also told about her other preferences. For example, despite the current fashion for eco-fur and leather, the girl is a supporter of only natural fur, as evidenced by photographs in a fluffy fur coat on social networks.

And from cosmetics Dobrovolskaya singles out the MAC brand. According to the girl, this brand has such an ideal palette that it is simply impossible not to match the tone, and the main thing that she likes is that the makeup does not disappear anywhere during the day, which, you see, is very important, especially at a beauty contest.

Yana does not know what the prize money for Miss World is. She is sure that if she wins, she will be engaged in charity work, but she does not care about money at all.

Now Dobrovolskaya is studying to be a teacher-choreographer, because she devoted almost 13 years of her life to dancing, which means that she can already share her knowledge. However, she is not one hundred percent confident in her choice of profession. To some extent, this will depend on the results of the competition.

Yana does not exclude that after the Miss World finals, we will more often see her on TV, because the girl is very attracted to this sphere. She may even direct her own film.
