– One of the main tendencies sounds like disrupt, that is, to destroy, – says Sergey. – This means that stylists and hairdressers, when creating a fashionable hairstyle, are invited to destroy the usual understanding of the color, shape, texture of hair. Create incongruous colors, that is, when there are bright, juicy, colored shades on a natural base. Split a classic shape with an undivided length, and a round shape with a parabolic length. And we also destroy the texture by combining, for example, a shiny hair surface with a matte finish. All this creates a kind of shocking, emotionality combined with destructiveness.
– With this approach, the hair is divided into separate zones and cut independently of each other. This is a creative transforming haircut: depending on the parting, it can change shape.
– Previously, a woman’s shaved temple or nape was associated with her belonging to some subculture, but now times have changed. Modern trends allow absolutely any woman to rethink her style. The shaved temple creates a rather daring and effective style. If necessary, the temple can be hidden by changing the parting.
– Parabolic lines in haircuts – this is just in time for the conversation about the destruction of familiar forms. Round classic haircuts, like a square, must be broken with parabolic lines of bangs or edging at the back of the head.
– A striking example is asymmetrical bangs. If you make it on a side parting, then it will correct a too round or square oval of the face. It can be worn with both long and short hair. Asymmetry is suitable for those women who want changes, but do not want to drastically change their hair length. It may be a cascade that has returned from the 90s. In 2016, it is fashionable to wear a cascade that frames the entire length of the hair, and not just side strands.
Another example of asymmetry is a graduated haircut, which can include multiple levels of hair length. This option makes the hair look very voluminous and can accentuate non-splitting ends. Choosing an asymmetrical bob, you need to take into account the main condition – perfectly straight hair. Then the haircut will look really stylish.
– Bright multi-colored strands are incredibly relevant this season. If you are not a fan of experiments, then you can do with natural shades that suit your hair. Don’t be afraid to play with richer colors this season though!
