Woman’s body after childbirth

The 29-year-old Swede didn’t deny herself anything while carrying babies. And this, of course, affected her.

Malin Bjork has always been a true fitness fanatic. However, at first she is still a woman, and then an athlete. Malin got married, got pregnant. And then she lost her status as a fitness icon.

“I almost completely abandoned training and ate whatever my heart desires. Homemade biscuits, pizza, and other fast food – about 3 thousand calories a day, “- admitted Malin.

As a result, she “grew” to 80 kilograms and no longer fit into “pre-pregnant” clothes. Now Malin felt comfortable only in outfits of the 50th size. Doesn’t look too phytony, does it? Then the second pregnancy, during which Malin also did not exercise.

“I didn’t feel any motivation to take care of my figure. I always knew that after giving birth I would be back in shape. I didn’t like weighing 80 kilos, ”she explained.

Malin didn’t like seeing her sagging hips and hanging belly in the mirror. It was necessary to take up the mind. The woman had to forget about junk food and return to her usual vegetarian menu. Vegetables, beans, lentils, tofu – protein and fiber became the mainstay of her diet.

Plus, Malin returned to the gym. In her opinion, it was weight training that could help her get back in shape as quickly as possible. And the results were not long in coming. Six months after the second birth, Malin looked even better than before the birth!

“I never thought that I would achieve such results,” she was surprised at herself. – I really fell in love with this workout. Therefore, it was not difficult for me. The hardest part is finding time for sports. After all, I have two small children. “

Malin admits that she still doesn’t look perfect. Somewhere extra skin, somewhere stretch marks. But there are no ideal people. And she does not strive to be perfect. But the reflection in the mirror Malin still pleases. And most of all, I am glad that her example has inspired many other women to take care of themselves.

“If you really want to change, you will definitely succeed,” says Malin. Looking at her impressive transformation, it is impossible not to believe in it.
