We cut 600 g of sea tongue fillet into portions, rub it with salt and black pepper, then dip it in a bowl with beaten egg and completely roll it in nut batter.

We put the pieces of fish in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry on both sides. Thanks to the uniform heating, the nut crust will come out especially crisp, even golden color. And the fish fillet itself will be evenly fried inside, it will turn out extremely tender and juicy.

Steak with spicy herbs

It is believed that the most delicious meat steaks are obtained on coals or a grill pan. But even in this case, it is important to observe a lot of nuances so that the result is perfect. The same effect, but without extra effort, can be achieved using the TempControl function by selecting the second heating level.

Mix ½ tsp of ground cumin and oregano, add the juice and zest of one lemon, 100 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the resulting marinade over 4 beef steaks and send them to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Then we take out the steaks, remove the remnants of the marinade and set it on a preheated frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Fry the steaks for 7 minutes on each side.

Thanks to the optimal temperature of 220°C, which is maintained by the induction panel of the burners constantly, the meat is instantly covered with the thinnest golden crust, which “seals” all the fragrant juices inside. That’s why the steak looks so appetizing, and inside it turns out very juicy and soft.

Snack rolls with salmon are prepared by many housewives. The most important thing here is to fry beautiful golden pancakes. With the function TempControl this will not be any problems. Just select the third heating level.

Beat 2 eggs with a mixer with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt. Pour 250 ml of slightly warm milk, pour 150 g of flour with 1 tsp of baking powder, all the while continuing to beat. At the end, pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, stir the dough well — and you can fry pancakes. Thanks to uniform and constant heating, they will be beautifully browned over the entire surface, will not burn and will not break. When folding pancakes in a stack, do not forget to smear them with butter.

It remains for a small matter — lubricate each pancake with cream cheese, lay out strips of lightly salted salmon, a little chopped greens and roll up tight rolls. Put them in the refrigerator for an hour so that the filling freezes. Cut the pancake rolls into portions, garnish each with a large pitted olive, piercing the top with a skewer.

A big treat in a hurry

Grind 2 potatoes on a grater, mix with diced onion, egg and 1 tbsp. l. sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. We cut 100 g of ham into slices. Grate 100 g of hard cheese on a grater. You can also add pieces of fresh tomato, olives, mushrooms, fresh herbs and whatever you deem necessary to the filling.

We tamp the potato base into a greased frying pan. The wider it is, the thinner the pizza will be. Due to the fact that the surface of the frying pan is heated evenly, the cake will be baked evenly, and it will not even have to be turned over. After browning the potato base, lubricate it with tomato sauce, spread the ingredients for the filling and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the pan with a lid and wait for 6-7 minutes.
