Can Amol be effective for sinus problems? What is this preparation? What can be found in the composition of Amol? Are there any contraindications to the use of Amol? Can the preparation cause allergies? The question is answered by the drug. Paweł Żmuda-Trzebiatowski.
Will Amol help in the treatment of sick sinuses?
Hello. I am 27 years old and the problem is still growing, to be exact I have sick sinuses, the ailment returns and causes a lot of discomfort in my functioning, because in addition to a thick runny nose, which is difficult for me to smear, I have severe headaches in the area of my forehead. I do not take any medications on a permanent basis and I have never been to an ENT specialist with this problem, I always consult my family doctor. I have a recommendation to do sinus inhalation regularly, and of course I do, but I wonder if it’s worth using some other remedy, but I don’t want to take medications, only natural remedies.
A friend advised me on Amol, I have never used it, so I don’t know exactly how it works. Will Amol help sinuses? What exactly is Amol and what is its composition and application. She remembers that my grandmother used Amol when she had a cold, from what I associate this preparation has warming properties, how can it affect the sinuses? Are there any contraindications to the use of AmolI’m not allergic to anything, but I don’t know exactly how this remedy works, so I’m not sure how my skin would react. Please reply.
The doctor advises whether Amol will help heal sick sinuses
Dear Madam, Amol is a herbal medicine that contains various essential oils, including cinnamon, clove, lemon and mint oils. Importantly, the oils are dissolved in an alcoholic ethanol solution. According to the manufacturer, Amol can be used during colds, including relieving muscle aches and headaches, and can also be used to relieve itching after insect bites. The manufacturer of the drug indicates the positive effect of Amol in the case of dyspeptic symptoms, such as indigestion or flatulence.
The drug can be used internally and externally, remembering that compresses should not be performed with it. Amol must not be used in case of allergy to any component of the drug, in bronchial asthma, in children under 12 years of age, in chronic diseases of the liver and biliary tract, in alcoholism, and in the affected skin. Personally, they don’t think Amol will help you deal with your sinus disease. First, you must diagnose the specific cause of your condition.
You have not written what exactly you suffer from. Is it chronic sinusitis or maybe allergic inflammation. Depending on the cause, the treatment of sinusitis involves antibiotics, steroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and decongestants of the mucosa. I suggest that you go to your family doctor who will be able to order basic tests and initiate appropriate treatment. If necessary, you will be referred to an ENT specialist who will be able to examine you more closely.
