How to prepare rosehip tea?

Note – rosehip flesh is inedible and may cause poisoning. When the halves are dry, just pour hot water over a few of them for about 15-20 minutes – do not pour boiling water over them. Before infusion, you can warm it up a little.

When preparing the infusion, it is important to properly prepare the rosehips. First of all, they should be cleaned of the remains of twigs and flowers. Wild rose suitable for making an infusion of it should not be soft. When collecting fruit, it is worth wearing thick gloves so as not to cut yourself.
