  1. Raspberries are thoroughly washed, cleaned of litter.
  2. Pour the raw materials into the pan, add half of the required amount of sugar on top. Leave the mixture for several hours. This time is necessary for the berry to give fragrant juice.
  3. The saucepan is put on a slow fire. After the jam boils, it is removed from the stove and left to infuse overnight.
  4. The next day, the container with raspberries is again placed on the fire, brought to a boil, removed.
  5. At this point, add the remaining amount of granulated sugar, mix thoroughly so that the sugar crystals are completely dissolved.
  6. Jam is poured into sterilized jars.

This method of harvesting wild raspberries allows you to save the beneficial properties of berries. They do not undergo prolonged heat treatment. Boiling for a few minutes is necessary to completely dissolve the sugar and better store the dessert in winter.

To make raw wild raspberry jam, you need the berry itself and granulated sugar. From 1,2 to 1,7 kg of sugar are taken per kilogram of raw materials, depending on how sweet, dense, filled with juice the berries are.

The best place to store jam is the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. If there is no possibility to put the dessert in the refrigerator, when choosing a place it is worth considering that:
