Why you are losing money: 7 non-obvious reasons

According to a personal finance expert, we lose money all the time, in all sorts of ways. What exactly? And how can this be avoided? We deal with a specialist.

Anastasia Veselko, a financial consultant and author of the “Girl with Money” project, has compiled a small checklist for PSYCHOLOGIES.RU, according to which you can easily check whether you control your expenses or not.

There are 7 points in total (and in fact, of course, much more):

  1. You keep the money you earn in your wallet or on your card, which is why inflation eats it up

  2. Buy clothes and shoes, which then only take up space in the wardrobe,

  3. Buying more food than you need and then throwing away the spoiled,

  4. You pay for online courses that you don’t have enough time to complete,

  5. Subscribe and forget about them

  6. Use a taxi when you could have avoided it

  7. You pay for expensive treatment, because you once decided to save on prevention.

How can the situation be corrected? Rethinking your relationship with finances:

  • Come up with a plan for different crisis situations,

  • Start planning your budget

  • Collect a financial cushion

  • Optimize costs.
