Contamination causes inflammation and can disrupt the lipid barrier. Research has shown that nothing is more effective for washing your face than soap and a cleansing brush for your face. In the morning, it is best to apply serums and lotions with vitamin C, which minimizes skin pollution.

Problem: stress

Eternal deadlines, arguments, bad sleep can easily provoke bad comments about you. The level of cortisol in the blood rises during stress, therefore, the blood does not flow in the right volume to the head, but is sent to the vital organs. Because of this, the face becomes unhealthy, says the expert.

Solution: so that stress does not affect your beauty in any way, make it a rule to do a light massage while washing your face or applying cream to your face. This is a great way to stimulate blood circulation, which will give the skin a glow.

Problem: dehydrated skin

Without moisture, the skin looks dull, but the problem runs even deeper. Loss of skin moisture in the dermis and lower layers of the epidermis will thin the skin, making it less vibrant.

Solution: Gently massage the hyaluronic acid serum into the skin with damp fingers so that the moisture penetrates a little deeper. Then apply a moisturizer with emollients (they create a transparent film on the skin). Thanks to this, the skin will glow.

Solution: Take vitamins that contain copper, iron, and zinc.

Problem: hormones get out of control

When hormone levels fluctuate (due to puberty, menopause, medications), they most often affect the condition of the skin. Just watch what happens when estrogen is lowered, leaving a higher proportion of testosterone: the skin becomes more oily, and the oily sheen accentuates the pores and makes the skin dull.

Problem: age spots

In general, hyperpigmentation is an uneven distribution of melanin in the skin. These spots most often appear due to an excessive dose of ultraviolet radiation.
