The human body often tells what it lacks, what foods to add to the diet. If you want oatmeal, then, most likely, there is an urgent need for complex carbohydrates, fiber and a whole set of components important for health and immunity, such as magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, etc. The need for oatmeal often occurs in those people who regularly experiences serious physical and mental stress.
