Do your homework on Saturday or Sunday morning. Negotiating with teenagers can be tricky, but if you have young children, try to get them used to this schedule: it will help them in the future. “In general, students and schoolchildren learn better and easier if they distribute employment, and do not try to do everything at the last moment,” the expert adds.

Think ahead of the future

If on Sunday you start thinking about what you have to do for the week, the weekend will definitely be ruined. Prepare a list of exceptional cases for Monday: what needs to be done, what letters will need attention, what materials will need to be prepared. If you need to create a calendar for the whole week ahead, do it on Sunday morning so that the burden of responsibility does not hang over you all day. If possible, avoid important meetings on Monday mornings.

Don’t deprive yourself of company

Falling into hermit mode on a Sunday is very easy, especially on short winter days when you have to get up for work in complete darkness and return after sunset. Moreover, the less we communicate with other people, the more unhappy we will feel.

But what if you stay all day in pajamas and reduce communication with people to chatting on social networks? Everything is possible.
