- Increase or decrease weight, reduce or increase the number of repetitions – in a word, try to make today’s workout not be like yesterday’s workout.
- Do more difficult variations of the usual exercises (or even start doing exercises that you previously bypassed).
- Experiment with the number of approaches and rest time, depending on your goals, and also vary the intensity of the approaches.
