Why are the best being kicked out?

Today we will talk about a rather strange injustice that spoils the lives of good people. There was such a case:

Example of life

The young man worked best of all, almost single-handedly completed a major project, coped with the huge problems that were in the department. He took over the labor functions of several people, moreover, by nature he was very pleasant and friendly and affable. The boss constantly set him as an example to the rest of the employees. It all ended with the fact that it was this young man who was fired in the end for no apparent reason. Before his dismissal, almost everyone hated him and treated him badly, although he clearly did not deserve such an attitude. Why is it so?

Or another example. There are two daughters in the family, one of whom helped around the house, did not refuse any request to her parents, studied, worked part-time, but it was clear that her parents loved her less than her sister, who did not particularly strain herself in order to earn a good attitude towards herself. As a result, the “good” daughter was also left without an inheritance, they were not invited to her sister’s wedding, and the attitude towards her was nowhere worse even from her own parents. Why? She didn’t do anything wrong, did she?

Or in a group, a person helped everyone, coped with the most difficult tasks, actually pulled out this group in the final, but when it came time to reduce the group and write on a piece of paper the name of the one who would be excluded from the composition, for some reason everyone showed a desire to exclude the leader.

Who is truly loved the least?

The bottom line is that they “cast out” often not the worst. The kindest and wisest are expelled. When your child has shown some great results, when you have overcome very serious problems, relations with you can change dramatically. Against the background of a good person, others seem not so good. In America in the 20s, a worker who worked better than the rest could even be beaten, because according to his work, labor standards were assigned to everyone else.

That is why it is probably better not to be too good in front of everyone. In addition, be prepared for injustice, because the thoughts “why do they treat me like that, did I hurt them with something or did something wrong?” will only aggravate your morale for no real reason.

Why are the best being kicked out?

You need to check the degree of attitude towards yourself and sometimes not get too ahead — this can bring very bad results. And I wish you a good environment in which you will not feel uncomfortable just because you are a wonderful person.
