Reason # 1: You have trouble with the microflora
Disturbed intestinal microflora may be one of the effects of not losing weight despite backbreaking diet and exercise. In order to deal with kilos in this case, you need to rebuild the good microflora in your intestines. A healthy diet free of sugar and processed foods will be essential for this. Increase the amount of natural fermented milk products in your menu and eat more real silage. Supplementation with a proven probiotic may also be useful to rebuild the microflora. Reason # 2: You suffer from food intolerances
One of the reasons for the lack of dietary effects may be the fact of food intolerance. You can suffer from them without even knowing it. Not all food hypersensitivity is manifested by skin rashes or swellings. As a result of eating certain foods, inflammatory reactions may appear in the body that are not noticeable to you because they do not cause any external symptoms.
The most common allergens are eggs, soybeans, milk, gluten, but they can also be single food products such as strawberries, garlic, celery, etc. your body’s unrecognized food allergies. Reason # 3: You eat foods that are not as healthy as you think
Or maybe you just think that you are eating healthy and you don’t really realize that you are making a lot of mistakes. Over 50% of Poles already have a problem with overweight or obesity. Usually, looking at how our colleagues, friends or household members eat, it is easy for us to judge that this one is eating bun again, or the other one is only 0% yoghurt, but sweetens coffee with 5 teaspoons of sugar. Once, with one of my pupils, we wondered why the diet was not working for her. I asked her to start writing down everything she eats and to sensitize my husband to watching her eat. After a week, the client told me that her records showed that she was eating everything that was recommended on the diet. However, her husband observed that she ate while preparing meals for him and the baby, that she finished off the baby’s leftovers. She herself did not register it. She herself did not realize that she was eating more than she should. That’s why the diet didn’t work. So she ate without even knowing it.
Reason # 4: You have a difficult relationship with your surroundings
If you live under permanent stress, this could also be one of the lack of weight loss. Relationships situations such as an explosive boss, an unfit mother-in-law with whom you share the apartment, constant dissatisfaction with you parents or constantly complaining loved ones are often stressful. Exposing the body to stress hormones for a long time does not have a positive effect on your weight loss process. I know you can’t change everything. However, try to get rid of these stressful situations. Find a way for them. Of course, murdering the boss or mother-in-law is out of the question. Reason # 5: You are not consistent enough
You exercise and eat perfectly all week, and at the weekend you eat until the fall, doing the so-called cheat day. It won’t help you lose excess baggage permanently. The body does not like to be surprised. After such a weekend overeating, you will be returning to form all week. Be consistent and don’t give your body such surprises.
