WHO: Several attacks on health facilities
The war in Ukraine has been going on for the second week. Our Country launched its invasion on the night of February 24. Cities, civilian facilities and Ukrainian medical facilities are under attack.
The World Health Organization regularly updates on Twitter about the damage and casualties in the Ukrainian health service.
«WHO has confirmed several attacks on the health care system in Ukraine, which have resulted in numerous deaths and injuries. Additional reports are being investigated »- wrote the head of the World Health Organization Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on Twitter on Sunday.

“Attacks on healthcare facilities or workers violate medical neutrality and violate international humanitarian law,” he added.

WHO: There are casualties among doctors
Earlier on the WHO Twitter profile there was information that there were six attacks on health care points in Ukraine, in which six people were killed and 11 injured.
“Health facilities, medical personnel and patients must not be targeted by the attack,” stressed the WHO.
Ukrainian Health Minister Viktor Laszko informed on Sunday that attacks disabled 34 hospitals.
