WHO head warns of more deadly virus than COVID-19

We have something to fear.

At a meeting of the 74th World Health Assembly, WHO (World Health Organization) Director-General Tedros Adan Ghebreyesus warned that soon humanity may face a more deadly virus than COVID-19.

According to evolutionary estimates, there will be a new virus that will potentially be more infectious and more deadly than it is now. ” сказал director-general of WHO.

Gebreyesus called the main reason for the spread of the coronavirus and its complexity of treatment – the lack of agreements between countries and the unwillingness to share knowledge about the disease and technologies with others. The head of WHO noted that if this trend continues, then the next virus, which may come in the near future, will lead to more deaths due to the lack of cohesion between countries.

Earlier, doctors called new and more terrible complications that the coronavirus can lead to, and noted that some men may have problems with potency after an illness. Also, a military microbiologist Mikhail Supotnitsky expressed the idea that the country of origin of the coronavirus may not be China at all.
