Who can never achieve order in the house – the opinion of Marie Kondo

A genius Japanese woman, whose system of cleaning and organizing space conquered the world, told for whom her rules are absolutely useless.

Probably, there is no such girl who would not have heard of the KonMari system – the vertical storage of linen alone is worth something! Honestly, we also began to roll up our socks the way Marie Kondo had invented. Her recipe for a perfectly clean home is simple: everything you don’t use and everything that doesn’t bring you joy should immediately go to the trash heap. Then there will be nothing superfluous in the house, there will be a place for every thing, which means there will be order.

But, as with any ideal scheme, there is one “but”. There are families in which the KonMari method will not work – it will simply be helpless. We are talking about families with children.

“When I had children, my house was no longer perfectly clean. I just didn’t have the strength, the energy to follow my own cleaning advice, ”admits Marie Kondo.

Now all mothers with children can exhale in unison. If the author of the method did not have enough strength to put things in order, that is, to do what brings her money, then what to take from mere mortals? Especially with those who do not have two children, but more. There is generally just right to give up.

However, Mari Kondo is not going to despair. Her daughters grew up, and especially for them she wrote a book about the friendship of a girl and a wise owl. The girl loves to scatter things and bring all sorts of treasures into the house, such as pine cones and acorns, and the owl knows how to tidy up the room so that the treasures can be found among the mountains of trash.

“Thanks to the owl, the girl begins to understand what is really important to her,” explains the Japanese woman.

However, it is not known whether the book will really help the child to start cleaning up after himself, or if you just need to wait until the baby matures and matures to cleanliness in the room. Until then, show him by personal example that order in the house is cool and great.
