White glaze is the perfect decoration for delicious baked goods. Any cake, Easter cake or cupcake in a snow-white outfit becomes a real hit on the festive table. Make a simple icing with powdered sugar, protein or chocolate, and cover your sweet culinary creation with it.

Plain white cake frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 Art. icing sugar
  • 4 tbsp. water

Apply the icing to baked goods with a cooking brush immediately after cooking, it dries very quickly. If this does happen, heat the mass a little on the stove or in the microwave.

Sift the icing sugar and transfer to a small saucepan or saucepan. Put the dishes on low heat and pour in warm water. Heat the mass, stirring constantly, until it thickens. A simple glaze turns out to be quite dense and viscous.

Butter white cake frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 Art. icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 150 g of margarine or butter

Transfer the powdered sugar, sifted through a sieve, to a deep bowl. Pour hot milk into it in a thin stream, stirring thoroughly the resulting mixture with the other hand. Melt the margarine or butter and add to the frosting as soon as it thickens. Stir until smooth.

Chocolate white frosting for cake

Ingredients:

  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 0,5 tsp vanillin

Break the white chocolate into pieces, cut the butter into sticks, place everything in a saucepan or other dish and place in a water bath. Stir gradually melting foods until they form a thick, whole mass. Once this happens, sprinkle it with salt, sugar and vanilla and pour in the milk. After 1-2 minutes of stirring, remove the glaze from the water bath and chill it slightly. To do this, you can put the saucepan in a pot of cold water. Beat the chilled chocolate mixture with a broom or mixer at low speed for 5-10 minutes; it should easily come off the spoon.

Protein icing for cake or cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 Art. icing sugar
  • 1 chicken protein
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Cold protein whips faster. If the mixture does not thicken for a long time, place the bowl on ice. Lemon juice is also used to speed up this process, but it must be fresh.

Combine the protein with lemon juice and beat until a strong, airy foam. Pour the icing sugar into it in small portions, without stopping whipping. If you want the protein glaze to not drip, add a pinch of flour at the very end of cooking.
