In general, the quality of this product leaves much to be desired.
Such a universal magic wand – dumplings! When you have neither the strength, nor the time, nor the desire to cook dinner, you can always buy a pack of frozen happiness, boil, fry or even bake, sprinkle with cheese, freshly ground black pepper – and everyone is saved from hunger. However, experts from Roskachestvo argue that none of the store-bought dumplings they tested meet the highest quality standards. Others deceive buyers altogether.
According to the head of Roskachestvo Maksim Protasov, the most common “sins” of manufacturers are replacing expensive ingredients with cheaper ones. Of course, in order to save money. Beef is exchanged for chicken meat, thickeners and artificial additives are added. What is the saddest thing is that the label contains an absolutely natural composition and not a word about chicken. Undeclared components were found in 9 out of 48 samples.
Two more brands of dumplings contain antibiotics. In itself, this is not a crime if the prescribed norms are observed, but here the indicators exceeded all permissible limits. In the long term, this means that the antibiotics prescribed by the doctor will not work properly and will be ineffective, because bacteria develops resistance to drugs.
“None of the manufacturers has reached the Russian quality mark in this category so far,” Protasov quotes
Experts have not yet named specific manufacturers
At the same time, there is still hope that the situation will change for the better. According to the head of Roskachestvo, many manufacturers, receiving comments, are trying to rectify the situation. Indeed, otherwise they will simply fly out of the market, losing the confidence of buyers.
In the meantime, they are working on the mistakes, we can only sculpt the dumplings ourselves. And, just in case, make minced meat in your own kitchen. After all, this is the only way we can be sure that there is nothing superfluous in dumplings and the dinner will be, although not in the style of a healthy lifestyle, at least not frankly harmful.
