Are there dietary desserts?

id=»h22″>

To reduce the effects of a dessert filled with simple carbohydrates, it is worth enriching it with protein. Then we will be satisfied faster and for longer, limit the amount of carbohydrates in one dose and automatically reduce the portion of dessert. It turns out that sweets and protein-rich dishes do not have to be mutually exclusive. What’s more, they can be a delicious snack for the biggest gourmand. I searched the recipes for our users’ desserts and chose those with a protein content of at least 10 g in 100 g. And I would like to remind you that many popular sweets contain a really minimal amount of protein.
