This story was told to me by a friend, and his grandfather Pavel, who in his youth lived in a Ural village, told him. From there one could get to the city by bus, which ran several times a day.
One winter, before the next bus trip, she and her mother were walking down the street. A lot of people have already gathered at the bus stop. Pavel’s mother pointed to one girl and praised her, they say, beautiful and modest, decent and hardworking. My name is Tatiana.
– Will she marry me? – Pavel joked.
“I don’t know, go and ask,” replied the mother.
They approached the bus stop, the guy approached Tatiana and said directly:
– Marry me!
The girl was taken aback, hesitated, said that she could not answer right away. Then Pavel noticed that Tanya was clearly cold. He offered to go to his mother’s house to warm up – fortunately, she lived a three-minute walk from the bus stop.

The fact is that a real tragedy broke out in the village recently. One girl was returning home from work on foot – she missed the bus. In a forest belt, a fugitive prisoner attacked the unfortunate woman.
For several days he dragged her with him through the forest, periodically raping her. And when he got tired of all this, he killed the hostage, and buried the body in the forest. Fortunately, the offender was soon detained, but this story was on everyone’s lips, so people were afraid to walk.
Golden wedding
Tatiana worked as a midwife in a city maternity hospital. She lived in the city all week, and on weekends she came to her parents in the village.
Pavel assured the girl that as soon as she warmed up, he would immediately take her by car. And taking the resting Tanya by the arms in front of the amazed audience, he and her mother took her away with them almost by force. Since then, young people began to meet, and four months later they got married.
This year they will celebrate their golden wedding. And, despite the fact that many trials fell to their lot, they lived all these years in love and harmony. They have five children, fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
